Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Rooms are small but with everything you need, close to the city center and the train station, perfect for having something to eat as the city can be expensive. The mattress could be a bit better.

Amazing property located at the heart of Geneva. Train Station (Gare Cornavin) was just 5 minute walk. The property was very clean and the staff super helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel when I revisit Geneva.

From the minute Yassine greeted us we were pleased that we chose the hotel. The location is good and you can get to the Lake and train station easily. Yassine pointed us to restaurants and attractions and organised a travel pass too- nothing was too much trouble. We had booked for breakfast but the hotel breakfast place was closed for an upgrade. However, Florence delivered 5 continental breakfasts every morning of our stay. The food was plentiful! It was actually nice to have a little kitchenette as we made sandwiches one lunchtime and the washing up liquid and cleaning cloths were also supplied. The space was very clean. The aircon took a bit to crank up, and our view of the "park" with the homeless and ladies of the night was worrying but we felt safe despite this.

Perfectly located studio in central Geneva

Lovely property overlooking the lake (studio with balcony) and very close to the main station. Plenty of bars, restraurants and shops nearby. Studio was adequate for one but would have been awkward for two people. Kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Bathroom was tiny (could do with a smaller sink) but clean and had everything I needed. The balcony was a lovely touch to my trip but didn't spend time on it and it was a spiral staircase to walk up. I only had a backpack so fine but would take some negiotation with a proper suitcase. The floor was a bit dirty (got black feet when walking around bare foot) but it could have been from having the balcony door open. Definitely stay here again as it was safe and the reception staff were super friendly, perfect English and always availble. Thank you.

Loved this place, amazing views, easy to get everywhere. Loved that you get free pass for the bus,trams and the water boats in Geneva. If you need it or just want to do something different. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Only thing it was hot in the room at all times couldn’t find aircon so left the balcony door open at night. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We had an awesome time can’t wait to come back.

Great Duplex room for families, with balcony.

Great location and excellent duplex with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, balcony and 2 mini kitchens - perfect for our family of four with teenagers! walking distance to everything and great view from balcony. The road outside is busy as its a city and the windows are not double glazed .

Well located with kitchen facilities

Very good communication throughout the stay and the free travel information provided for use throughout the Canton was very welcome. Friendly and welcoming staff and the location was close to the main transport links but also walking distance to the old town. There was some improvement work taking place but I was informed beforehand and it was never intrusive. The kitchen was very useful on the couple of days there was rain and didn't feel like heading out in it. All in all a very pleasant stay

The description and the overall rate as per hotels.com adv is misleading to say the list. The residence is next to the worst area of Geneva. There are work in progress in the building. The room was smelly, dark, lack of oxygen. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in

This is a pretty good option for a few days. The staff I dealt with were great. I wish the booking info made it clearer that the room has a pull down bed. It's pretty heavy. The wifi wasn't good enough for work calls, which is a major drawback in these work-from-home days. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but the pans are badly worn and I nearly brought the plates down on my head from those high shelves so that could do with some rethinking.

The hotel failed to mention that there were building renovation works taking place. The common areas of the hotel were dirty, there were exposed pipes in the corridors and drilling started at 7:30am! Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor and from the room, even though the hotel has a non smoking policy. We had a terrible night's sleep and we couldnt wait to leave. When we checked out, the person on reception didnt ask us how our stay was. He probably knew the answer...

Perfect location as it’s a few steps away from the Geneva Lake, it’s also close to shops and restaurants! The room itself is very clean and beautiful. The staff are very welcoming, they also give a free transport card for trans, buses, boats and trains. Which was perfect for us as we used to go to the other side of the lake on the boat which was lovely. Perfect stay overall! We have no dislikes with or around the hotel.
