I had a fabulous time; already planning next trip.

Fantastic, friendly, super-helpful multilingual service from Michaela on the front desk. Beautifully appointed hotel at a very good price compared to similar in the vicinity. Gorgeous room with all the amenities of a 1-bedroom apartment, stylishly arranged in a small space. Sofa was the most comfortable I have ever sat on and I wish their purple merino wool blankets were available for sale as I would have paid any price to take one home with me.

Very ordinary for the price they charge.buffet is horrible too where u do not have a choice of eggs how u would like to have.just boiled or scrambled.bedsheet was torn.location is good but considering the price there are better options.room is too compact which makes it almost impossible to move around once bags have been kept and no locks in the bathroom too. And mind u this was the biggest room which i booked(family room) Lobby is appealing and the staff is friendly.

Kjempe fint hotell. Stort og fint rom. Vi var 3 stykker, kunne vært 4. bra sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale, fikk sjekke inn tidlig da rommet var ledig da vi kom. Deilig å ha kjøleskap til drikke og enkel frokostmat. Søt takterasse med et bad med dusj, så da kunne man ta en dusj før man dro til flyplassen etter man hadde sjekket ut.

Great service, great location, wonderful stay

I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. There's also an included breakfast served downstairs near the lobby. The breakfast was traditional European and was both tasty and healthy. I looked forward to our morning breakfast. (and I miss it now that I'm home) There's a pool and deck area up on the top floor. The pool was small - but the views from the deck area were quite nice. Service -- hands down, the service was amazing. Every single member of the staff that I interacted with handled everything impeccably. I felt like I had 5-star service every minute of this trip. From check-in, to the bar, to breakfast to house-keeping - everything was spot on.

The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. The room was huge and also very clean. Couldn't fault the place.

Fabulous hotel

The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed and the location was right in the old town. The roof terrace is small but perfect for an evening drink watching the sunset. Could not fault this hotel.

Amazing and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great little bar, great gym, and very clean. Palma was a little dead when I was there but I didn’t care because this room was so amazing. I slept in, enjoyed the hotel and read a lot in my fabulous room. It was like a little retreat for me!

Beautiful quirky apartment over 3 floors in a perfect location within walking distance to old town, local restaurants, shops and bakeries. We walked everywhere during our stay and even to the local bus station where you can take trips to Sóller for 5 euro and to Polenca. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and has everything you need - we made breakfast and packed lunch in our room to make our stay more affordable. As many clean towels as you need and lots of toiletries which is helpful especially if you are only travelling with hand luggage. My only slight grumble would be the pool looked like it was a little dirty but I only dipped my feet in to cool down anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Oldukça keyifli bir mekan

Tesis çok merkezi bir konumda, pek çok restoran ve mağazaya yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve iletişime açıklar. Daire genişliği oldukça güzel, temiz ve ferahtı. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve oldukça doluydu. Otel yakınında yer alan kapalı otoparka günlük 10€ ödeyerek park yapabiliyorsunuz. Bunun için otele plakanızı bildirmeniz lazım. Yoksa günlük 35€ gibi bir rakam odersiniz
