The staff was super friendly and I just can't wait to come back I will definitely come back to this one again because there's simply a great time the rooms are super nice great views of the water now yes it is near the industrial canal but it's still a nice place to go

Overall a good value

The room was clean. There is a decent restaurant at the property. I hated that there wasn't free wi-fi in the rooms. The area around the property is pretty sketchy, but the property is gated.

I enjoyed staying at the Seabrook villas. The community is very welcoming and the staff is helpful. Thereā€™s a restaurant on property and security is always in sight. Local police officers is always in the area. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Reasonable expectations, needed more towel, the food and drinks were amazing at the restaurant, plenty of outlets for charging, mattress was uncomfortable, ubers were reasonably priced but the drivers were nervous enterinv the area at night, the abandoned mattresses and tires on the side street, the property was well kept, too cold for the pool or jaquzzi, the store needed more stock, we went to Walmart and bought groceries, please pit a microwave in every room no matter if its basic or an upgrade, overall great stay for the price

Beautiful small villas right near the water. Safe property with gate and security. Good bar and restaurant on property and convenience store as well with souvenirs/groceries. Shuttle to French Quarter at 10am daily. Quiet area about 15-20 mins from French Quarter.

I love this place. It wasnā€™t too far from the French Quarter, and they provide round trip transportation for $20 per person. Very secure and quiet. Only bad point is they donā€™t have local television stations and charge you for Wi-Fi to watch anything in your room. We also had a water leak from the room above us, but they moved us to a different room fairly quickly.

RV-Resort with Cabins and restaurant

The cabins are large but a bit run down and cleaning is a little below standard. Beds where however clean and extremely soft. The surrounding area is industrial and the Resort is primarily for RV's. It has a restaurant and a small shop plus a large guest laundry. Not a bad experience and price is good.
