The property itself is clean and the apartment had all of the amenities needed for a family of four. Getting into the hotel is a little tricky and should be explained better. Parking is offsite but there is a 24-hour underground parking lot nearby. The location is near many walkable areas. Would stay there again.

Property was is at a good location, shopping is very close by , but there is no microwave, under the bad was different old garbage from previous guests, but in general property is good , spacious and wonderful location to get to know maastricht - vrijthof and if you’re visiting for an Andre Reui concert it’s like by your door step , you just get out of your apartment to your concert.

We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best,close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops,just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs,otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!

The property location, size and functional space was terrific. However, when we arrived, the weather was cool (1 to 9 C) each day, and the apartment heating system was off (and had been for awhile). You cannot control the heating systems without contacting reception to have someone set it. As the reception hours are limited, we were freezing until someone came with a small space heater at 10pm with a promise that someone would adjust the heating next day. We were shivering cold. I had to go to reception the next day and ask again. Maintenance came by and turned it on. Then by the evening with the floor heating on, the apartment temperature starting to go over 30C, super hot - could not sleep due to it being so hot. The next day I stopped by reception to ask to have someone adjust it down. The maintenance person came by, and tried to adjust, but while working on it, said it is now failed to full on and will need new parts. So it will get hotter. He showed me how to remove and put back on the controller on the valves to “manually” try to adjust. I removed the controller as shown to turn off, that evening and went to bed. That did not shut off the system and that night was even hotter with all the windows open (note: the exit door was below the bedroom window and people went there to smoke and it would fill the bedroom up with smoke as we were trying to sleep). The next day, I shut in other valves to the floor heat and that corrected the temperatures myself.

Eigenlijk de beste locatie voor een verblijf in Maastricht gezien de locatie, parkeeropties, ruime appartement en voorzieningen etc. Maar……inmiddels wel echt aan een renovatie toe. Badkamer stinkt bovendien naar riool en de schoonmaak moet echt beter. Zichtbare delen zijn schoon, maar bij het openen van de slaapbank komt de rotzooi van de vorige toeristen je tegemoet. Dus beter schoonmaken en (beetje) renoveren en dan komen we weer terug.

Das Apartment ist groß, über 2 Etagen, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Der Schlafraum ist gefühlt im Keller sehr niedrige Decken! Das Fenster ist nicht zu öffnen und wenn man den Vorhang nicht zu macht , schauen die Nachbarn uns beim schlafen zu! Das Antennenkabel ist defekt und erzeugt ein gestörtes Bild! Abb17:00 ist niemand da der helfen könnte! Das Apartment würde ich nicht mehr buchen! Schade ust auch, dass man nicht mal 24 Stunden zur Verfügung hat! Was wirklich gut ist, die Lage!!!

Mooi appartement welke van alle gemakken is voorzien en bij het Vrijthof gelegen is. Erg fijn voor een wat langer verblijf of als je de stad in een weekend zou willen verkennen.

Super appartement bien équipé, spacieux, propre et idéalement situé! Les fenêtres donnant sur la place nous offrent une vue unique sur la vie de la ville (en plus d’une bonne ventilation) et sont bien insonorisées quand on les ferme. La cuisinette est très bien équipée, la chambre et la salle de bain à la mezzanine sont confortables et propres. Attention cependant: on doit sa oir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Les appartments sont au premier et il y a des escaliers pour accéder à la chambre et à la salle de bain.

Confortable mais parking pas inclus

Appartement très confortable, neuf, au centre de Maastricht et calme. Accueil cordial et efficace même si j'ai dû attendre 15min que la personne arrive. Problème par contre sur le parking : il n'était pas gratuit alors que le site Hotels laisse croire l'inverse, et la question que j'avais posé à l'établissement sur le site Hotels 2 semaines avant est restée sans réponse!
