Supernöjda - igen!

Ett mycket bra hotell på alla sätt och där vi bott många gånger. Fin design, mycket rent, trevligt område. I huset finns ett par restauranger, en mataffär och en vinaffär. Mycket praktiskt. Snabbt promenerar man ner till huvudgatorna

Utmärkt läge och mysigt hotell i lägenhetsstil i nyrenoverat hus med allt man behöver i bottenvåningen (livsmedel, vinbutik, restauranger med mera). Fräscht, bra kommunikation. Vi bodde i två olika lägenheter och båda var trevliga men den andra hade lite konstig lösning för bestick i ett litermått i en låda, och udda antal. Det var lite slarvig kabeldragning och mycket blinkande lampor som störde nattsömnen, men utöver det hade vi en fantastisk vistelse.

Amazing place to stay , very helpful staff , friendly and polite , loved everything there , they made us feel like home , will definitely be back , Only one thing I didn’t like which was that I’ve been told through WhatsApp there will be no cleaning during my 5 days stay !! ) they said they clean only once if I stay 7 days or more ) !!! BUT the beautiful lady ( Angela ) at reception sort me out and asked the housekeepers to do some cleaning in my room and gave me fresh towels , Thanks for everything :)

Bob has an office that doesn't work on weekends and outside of business hours... and this makes things very difficult, because after getting the apartment key with a code you can't find the apartment, since the building is big. ...we had to go out onto the street and look for another entrance, with the cold and luggage... after managing to speak to Bob's employee, we learned that it is possible to access the apartment by changing the elevator... in short, simple things that an attendant available in the office when the guest was arriving would solve it. This collaborator neither You need to stay there all the time, the guest would advise the approximate time of arrival. As for the apartment, I found it small and with large armchairs that make the circulation area even smaller... we were there for a week and not a single day was the building's hallway cleaned... and finally, at night, the indirect lighting in the apartment makes it very dark. Our suggestion to Bob is to include a clothes dryer on top of the washer. The location of the apartment is exceptional for anyone going to Helsinki... furniture, decoration and appliances are new and of quality.

Nice room but poor issue resolution

The room itself was great, the kitchen really added value and the place looked nice and modern. What really disappointed us, though, was how our issue with the tv (not functioning properly) was not fixed, even though we were reassured that someone would come take a look at it asap. 2.5 hours after reporting the issue it was waiting to be resolved, and when we asked again about it, the reply was that there was no-one around on site anymore and the issue could not be resolved. The inability to deliver on promises and the lack of communication on the progress of the issue resolution was unacceptable for us.

This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect , the inclusions were amazing, they have thought of everything. Our room had an amazing sauna too. Restaurant and supermarket in the building was a huge plus. Viking ferry to Tallin a few minutes walk away, tram stop to everywhere was out the front.. Would give it more stars if I could

This is a great place to stay. It is spacious and has all the amenities in the room. The place is located at the doorstep of the tram step, super convenient to navigate around. The 24 hour supermarket located downstairs is a must in the snowy weather, so you don’t even need to get changed to get simple groceries. The food choices are great too. We’ve used breakfast cafe next door, pizza shop downstairs and sushi shop downstairs, all fantastic. Great stay, highly recommended.

This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! They also provided a converter for one plug and a camera that can be used to take pictures. The only challenge we had was the height differences in the doorways. It wasn’t significant but with our medical issues, It did make it a bit challenging to get our baggage through at times. However, it is definitely a place I’d book again! There’s also a cathedral up the street that looks beautiful at night along with the Ferris wheel that isn’t far from the cathedral.

This luxury duplex apartment was exactly as described on the website and a great choice for a stay as it was in a great location with Tram 4 stop outside main entrance so it was quick & easy to get into the centre. Apartment was well supplied with equipment & cleaning materials and had all the comforts of home as well as a few ectra thoughtful touches. There was a 24hr supermarket in the building as well as a cozy pub so it was so convenient to have these on the first night when arriving late afternoon. Bob W was very quick to respond to our queries and was very friendly and approachable. Based on this stay would definitely recommend and stay with the brand again. Thank you!

What an amazing 5 days i had in this self catering room. The supermarket was around the corner, the room had everything i wanted to cook. The standards were so high, the communication through whatsapp was efficient. This place is only 5min walk to the central. I highly recommend this place. I will never forget how luxurious the interior design was! Thanks Bob W😊

We recently stayed here, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The property itself was exceptionally clean and had a modern, stylish feel. They’ve thought of everything you could need, from essentials to some delightful little touches that made the experience feel truly unique.
