Nice place to stay. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and casinos. Staff were nice and moved us to a nicer room due to some construction outside ours which we appreciated. Would stay again.

Lovely 2bd, 2bath suite for girls night out! Very good quality for the price. No traditional AC unit, but "stand alone" AC unit worked great. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again next year!

We had an amazing time in Tahoe! The location of our room was a key factor. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and clean and I appreciated the keyless entry system.

Great location! Close to the main street with all the restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to escape all the loud noise. Walking distance from everything which was super nice. Although, the walls are thin so you can hear people above you if they are loud.

Great stay

New place, great stay! Walls were a little thin but we were out and about so it didn’t matter. Room was very nice and had what we needed, loved the fireplace. Customer service was helpful in extending our booking a night! Would recommend bringing a longer charger for outlets.

If u are staying in the bottom floor and you are a lite sleeper then it's a nightmare, u can hear every noise the person upstairs makes. Other than that the property is amazing.

Clean remodeled units

A nice and clean place to stay. Remodeled with modern amenities. Walking distance to shopping, casinos, and the beach. Downstair units can be be noisy from upstair units. Typical for a lodge built in the 50’s. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice small apartment good for 1 person. I did have to clean the fan because it was full of dust and triggered my allergies. Could use better dining stools and table. Had to eat sitting on bed or a comfy chair. No other place to sit.

Nice place for the money. Clean and everything you need in the unit. The staff was excellent! We checked out and they notified us that I left my watch. Luckily we were still in the area and were able to go back and get it. Good people. This place is not fancy and there is no view amenity but it is in an excellent location a couple of blocks from the Heavenly gondola for skiers/boarders. Its clean , updated and all you need for a pleasant stay. Staff is the Best.

Nicely stocked, Clean, good comms, and well located, but really loud if you’re on the bottom floor. The mattress was one of those super deep memory foam ones that are SUPER hot to sleep on. If you sleep hot you won’t wanna be on one of these. If you sleep cold and need the heat, I’m sure you’ll love it.

Great hotel apartment. The building itself is old with thin walls. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. People staying there were fairly respectful at night so I didn't have too much of a problem. No oven in the kitchen, but there is a small toaster oven. This could be solved with providing a slightly larger toaster oven to cook meals in. Overall, great value for the SLT area!

State line Tahoe studio

Great “studio apartment” style room with kitchenette perfect for cooking basic meal/snacks or rewarming/saving leftovers from nearby restaurants that are within walking distance (full gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, kuereg w coffee supplies, basic cookware and dishes), cozy gas fireplace, comfy bed and pillows, nice bathroom w shampoo/conditioners supplied. Appreciated access to laundry and supplies for free. Good wifi. Clean and smoke free. Easy and quick communication. Would definitely recommend. (And for the price of a motel 6….but aeons better!).

This was a very clean room. This definitely is a hands off property. You have to either call or email for help. Our room door code did not work but was fixed by calling for help. The laundry code didn’t work, tried 2 diff codes then finally got in to get extra towels. No ice machine. I was told to use ice from the tray. I’m sorry but I’m not using ice from a previous traveler, in today’s world! A/C is up so high I couldn’t reach it, my husband barely could. Then, it didn’t cool the room. Thank goodness for the fan. A chair in the room would be a nice touch. So would a full length mirror or at least a second mirror outside the bathroom. No place to sit outside except a very uncomfortable bench. Or sappy covered table & chairs. Like I said the room is nice & clean, and in a walkable area.

Stay elsewhere if you aren’t traveling with a dog

If you do not have a dog, or value peace and quiet, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. The walls are very thin, dogs can be heard barking through the walls day and night, woke up to a herd of elephants upstairs at 6 AM. No staff on site and it’s impossible to reach anyone. No housekeeping and you take out own trash upon checkout. The AC was a high wall unit that was very dirty and difficult to reach unless you’re a very tall person. Pool was closed for repairs during the middle of summer. No ice machine. Body soap and shampoo dispensers in showers were empty. Overall, poor value for the price. Location was good and nice to have a kitchen.
