We didn’t expect to book this type of accommodation through Expedia. The building looked like an unfinished construction site, and there was no front desk. We were unaware that we needed to access information through their app. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff was still on-site and very helpful. The surrounding area was incredibly noisy, and the walls were paper-thin, toilet paper was very very thin so does paper towel. We booked a hotel, but this turned out to be a non-serviced apartment, which was not what we expected or paid for. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We’re very disappointed in Expedia for listing this property as a hotel. While the room itself was clean, we would never stay there again. If we had known we were booking a non-serviced space, we would have chosen a different hotel for the price we paid!

I stayed at this apartment with a co-worker while attending a convention at the convention center. The location was walking distance. In the morning and daylight you felt safe. At night walking back it became a little iffy with unfortunate homelessness and some questionable characters. The apartment itself was perfect when sharing with a co-worker. You have an upstairs bedroom and downstairs. Plenty of space and way better than a hotel room. You have a living room and a kitchen. The lay out was perfect. The only downfall is it is open concept and the bedrooms don’t have doors. You can hear if perhaps one takes a phone call or the others alarm clock goes off. Plus one night had a lot of noise. I thought it was odd when you arrive and ear plugs are in the room. That night I quickly understood when I hear what I would guess was a club next door. Thursday night though did not have the noise. I would most definitely stay here again.

Don’t go here

If I could give zero stars I would. The stay accommodation was filthy. There was dust everywhere. That was dragged onto the bed. I found various pieces of trash along the bedside, to include but not limited to, band-aids and an acrylic nail. In addition, the bath soap was no better than diluted Dial, and don’t even get me started on the toilet paper. It was basically gift tissue paper, but instead feeling elated to have received a present, all it did was scratch my ass. The third offense has to be the insufferable clamor of the outside world. Much like the toilet paper, the walls were also paper thin It was so loud that it was difficult to find sleep most nights. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. 0/10

This is ridiculous I didn’t even get to stay ! They cancelled my reservation after I went thru their verification process and taking my money I’m furious I would never recommend any Sonder properties!

Just go to a hotel.

The first impression we walked into the apartment was that the place smelled like weed. Inside the room the sheets had a stain that look like blood. The bed frame was dirty as well. The floors needed to be moved since it was really dirty as well. We noticed the curtains are see through from the living room so that wasn’t good either. The mattress in the living room was so uncomfortable. I would have rather have gone to a hotel and got better amenities.

This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!

Great facility but noisy at night

The property itself is great and well maintained the room was excellent. The main problem is beyond the control of the hotel. It is really noisy especially at night. We stayed for four nights over the weekend and also into midweek and there was noise until past 2 AM every single night, they give you ear plugs and a sound machine but the industrial generator running last night out in the street made the walls vibrate. Over the weekend local club was thumping until almost 2 AM. If you don’t have trouble sleeping with noise, it is a spectacular location

Good stay but a couple maintenance items. The lower cabinet door under the sink is falling off the hinge and appears to have been repaired quite a few times. The toilet paper holder also needs to be tightened

Great apartment!

Great place, I will definitely stay again. Equipped with everything you need and a washer & dryer which is a plus! They even provided tide pods!!! I had a small dilemma with the bathroom door being locked but the chat concierge responded in a timely Matter and it was 6am! Though they really didn’t help lol it’s the effort that counts. Nonetheless I got in the bathroom. They also conveniently have storage lockers outside of the apartment so another plus. AND! Contactless check in was great, just do the pre check before arrival and you’ll have your codes! No hassle! Plus number 3,4,5!!!
