Staff very friendly. Corridors uninviting and difficult to navigate in the dark. Definitely need a car for this location as bus service minimal. No large towels provided and nowhere to get a drink on a late arrival. However a good base at a reasonable price.

Nice stay

Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map.

Our stay was fine however the pictures made it look a look nicer than it actually was so we were disappointed when we arrived. It was very basic and a bit like a youth hostel/ prison type feel

Great location for Azur Arena

We just stayed at the property as we attended a sports event in the nearby area. Very convenient location, walking distance. Property was clean, comfortable and very adequate for our stay.

It was a last minute booking to be nearer the airport for an early morning flight so served a purpose. It was value for money, if people want luxury then you will not get it here but then you should expect to pay for that. This was inexpensive, clean and basic. Did have a good pool and sun loungers but we did not use them.

I'll start by saying the staff here are (mostly) friendly and try to help (within their limitations). However, Expedia has let us down portraying this property as much more modern and well kept than it is. It is unfortunately tired and shabby. The lovely photo of Reception is not current. The furniture that greets you on arrival is stained and dull. The same goes for the rooms. There is paint peeling from ceilings and the edges of the basin cabinets are coming off. The floor had been 'cleaned' yet made bare-feet instantly dirty. In one room the air conditioning was not working. After 2 days of promises to fix it we had to request to move rooms. The towel rail was not working and again maintenence either did not come or just did not fix it (to dry towels as we were only entitled to clean ones once). They promised to provide a mop (as we are responsible for keeping the room clean). We gave up asking for things to be fixed. They provide one roll of toilet paper at the start and multi purpose liquid soap/shampoo and if you run out you need to request more from Reception at specific (limited) opening times (not the whole day as stated by Expedia) as there is no housekeeping (nor an internal phone to call anyone). There was no 'turndown service' as listed by Expedia. And the rooms are certainly not 'soundproof'. There are no parasols (the hotel were surprised they were listed by Expedia), the steam room & half of the gym equipment were out of order. Expedia update this listing!

Enjoyed the stay but not so much with the food. Lovely staff and very helpful. Big rooms and very safe inside. We enjoyed the swimming pool and other facility like laudry, gym and sauna

I loved the welcome from the hotel staff as they all went above and beyond to make my stay welcoming, particularly the man on reception who helped me with the menu. The girls at the breakfast buffet were also lovely. I wasn’t keen on being out in the countryside a bit but that can’t be helped. Everything else was great. I would stay at a residence like this again.

Just got back from a weeks stay. Staff couldn't be any more helpful they allowed us to check in super early since we arrived in the morning. The room was a lot bigger than expected and clean. No problem with this hotel at all and would go and tay there again.

Nice simple but stylish place

Stayed for three nights and it was great. Very well equipped studio with kitchen stuff, it was clean and tidy although towels weren’t replaced and they didn’t come in to clean the room daily, so I’m assuming you have to let them know expressly if you need them to. Overall, can’t complain

The best welcome we received at any of the hotels we’ve stayed at. A wonderful gem of a hotel. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook a three course meal - even a blender. I had a slight issue with the shower door that’s all. What they dont tell you in the description is that the pool is an infinity pool!! Make sure you get there early as it’s in the shade much later in the evening. Good location to drive to Antibes.

Relaxing and friendly

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable with a clean and comfortable room that looked like it cost so much more than what we paid for. The staff were lovely and even when we experienced some problems with our overall holiday, they were extremely helpful. The only downside is the hotel is a bit far from the city centre - restaurants etc but the staff were glad to help us find bus routes and the buses are VERY cheap. Take change with you as the vending machines only take change and when we arrived we were thirsty but didn’t have coins on us so we had to wait until the morning. Loved this hotel however and are definitely planning a return.
