We really enjoyed our stay at sunset vistas - these condos are right on the beach and all the rooms have a beach view, which was really why we stayed here. The condos were comfy, spacious and well equipped although a little dated. The location is great as Johns Pass is only half a mile and this has a great number of shops bars and restaurants, with lovely beachy atmosphere/ vibe. The pool was also nice; we enjoyed evening swimming as the pool opened until 10 pm.

Great apartment- clean and comfortable

A clean apartment which was comfortable and had all the kitchen items needed such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee maker and fridge. Cutlery and crockery included. On the beach, but with a swimming pool and hot tub too. Approx fifteen minutes to restaurants. Most of the apartments had a sea view due to the angled walls. Parking only for one car per apartment. Allocated a parking space on arrival.

Overnight stay at the beach

We booked on impulse for an overnight trip to the beach while holidaying in Orlando. Apartments were spacious, had everything you’d need for a longer stay i.e. washer, dryer, full kitchen. With balcony and great side sea view. Nice pool too. Location fabulous right on the beach. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back in the future.

Great for a relaxing break

The resort was great albeit not quite walking distance to Johns Pass as I was hoping. Right on the beach with two pools if you just want to relax.The only complaint was that our suite on the 5th floor had an unexplained noise that was annoying. It went on until 10pm the first evening and started up again at 6am! It sounded like a washing machine but can't imagine open running for that long.

Really enjoyed our stay in October 2018. Paid $30 per night for an upgraded room and had great views up the coast. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable and clean overall. TO be fair, most rooms look like they have good views. Location right on the beach and local to Johns pass was good also. On site Tiki bar was excellent

A GOOD AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

Sun Set Vistas in situated in the Treasure Island area of Tampa Bay. The apartment was clean and well maintained with all the facilities required: Washing Machine, Dryer, Good Fridge with ice maker, and plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. There is a small grocery shop across the road, ice cream she next door and a very acceptable cafe on site. Did not use the beach bar but it looked ok. The site is next to the beach and there are two pools between the beach and the site one small and one larger. John's Pass is within 15 minutes walk, where there are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. If you have a car there is parking on site. The only moan we had, was the WiFi connection which was not brilliant in the apartment, it worked but was not 100% all the time. We had a great time and will be booking again in a coupe of years time
