Good base for Yellowstone

Stayed here 5 nights in what is a condo. When we arrived there was a strange smell as we opened the door. Cleaning chemicals or something more unpleasant? The previous guest had reported the same. Other than that well equipped and clean. Innumerable rules posted everywhere. Limited office hours.

Be sure to arrive in daylight

We arrived just after dark and in the absence of street lighting or local lighting of apartments we got lost and incurred the wrath of a guy who resented us driving past his apartment - probably a time-share. Yellowstone was a long drive so we had no time for the extra facilities on-site. Wifi signal only worked in reception. Good breakfast but only two days each week.

Cosy condo in prime location

From the warm welcome to the ultra comfy condo we were impressed. The location is great with wildlife on your doorstep we saw Moose everyday at the creek. The condo was a welcome retreat after a day in Yellowstone. The condo had everything you need.The condo is far better value than any other accommodation in West Yellowstone and I would stay again the extra 20 miles to the entrance is no issue with good roads. Our only regret was that we only stayed 3 nights...

Wir waren begeistert. Das Anwesen ist riesig, schön in der Natur gelegen, unsere Terasse war mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und entsprechend ruhig. Das Apartment war riesig und keineswegs abgewohnt, sondern rustikal, im ortsüblichen Stil. Es war wirklich alles da, selbst Reinigungsmittel für die Spülmaschine, Kaffee, Schwämme für das Geschirr, einfach perfekt. Der Empfang war freundlich und hilsbereit. Die Fahrt zum Eingang des Yellowstone Parks ging keine 30 Minuten. Wir würden die Unterkunft beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.

Excellent for staying with children, it has all the comforts, and there is a store nearby. The place is only 20 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone Park. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was excellent, house was dated but everything worked. Spent 3 days in Yellowstone and it was close enough to get to entrance in 30 minutes or so. I chose this site because of price and distance to Yellowstone. It worked for us.

The cabin had a good kitchen, bathroom, living area, and modern TV’s. The beds were the only thing really wrong with the place, they were small and very uncomfortable. The mattresses were obviously in need of replacing. The clubhouse was clean and nice, with friendly staff. The pool and hot tub are very nice, except the limited hours and you had to be over 14 to use the hot tub. So not great for young teens or if you’re out late. Overall if the mattresses were good, I would recommend. But that would prevent me from booking again.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and updated with what looked like new carpet. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable especially the sofa bed. After the first night the kids slept on the floor and slept better. Other than that it as a great place to stay.

Overall it was ok. It was little cramped but good enough to accommodate 4. Lot of mosquitoes around the property so be prepared. Also the day we checked out, there was no water. It was a big break down, entire resort affected. It was nightmare. We had to make several trips to the grocery store nearby to get water…many guests used grocery store toilet.
