The staff were very responsive. They helped with transportation needs. The apartment was centrally located to all sight seeing venues as well as shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious for a family of 3 and comfortable. I would highly recommend Yuna for anyone traveling to Paris.

Nice location, easy access to the usual touristy areas and really nice interior with good amenities. Definitely recommend. Only development area is the floor was a bit dirty needed a good wipe down before we could use it.

Lovely property in an expensive touristy district

Very nicely presented apartment. Bed was comfortable and kitchen fab. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss and it’s a shame the toilet isn’t in the main part of the bathroom meaning you have to cross through everything to get from the bedroom to the toilet at night (not ideal when kinds are asleep in the living room). Communication was excellent in the lead-up and apartment had a cute terrace that would be nice in the summer months. Located in a very posh area with all the designer brands and key tourist area. It did, however mean there were less low-key brasseries around and many tourist trap restaurants, so we’d choose a different area next time to stay. Still very much recommended the Yuna though as it was in immaculate condition and the hosts’ comms were great.

Nice place, great area.

This space was very nice. In a great area. The only issue we had was it was SO HOT in the unit. We turned off all the radiators/heaters and had to keep the window open the entire visit (in March) to keep it comfortable. The bedroom becomes oppressive with no window in it - no ventilation at all. It would be nice to have access to a fan or something. Also, would have been nice to have posted directions on how to use stove top. Had to chat the management to get instructions. Also the main TV didn't work. It turned on/off but we could not change channels or get off the 'home/welcome' screen at all.

This was our first trip to Paris and the Yuma Saint-Honore was fantastic. Our flight arrived early in the morning and even though check-in was not until 3pm we were able to access our room early. Didn't have any trouble with the codes getting into the building. The rooms are on the 2nd Floor above street level and there is an elevator, but it was a tight fit for 2 people to use. The room was exactly as pictured and a complementary bottle of champagne was waiting for us. A couple of notes about the room: - I was nervous about the air conditioning since it was August, but it worked great and had separate thermostats for the living area and bedroom. - The rainfall shower head was terrific, and there is liquid soap/shampoo provided in the bathroom and shower - The bed was queen size, but very firm. There were plenty of pillows along with a little night stand on each side of the bed. - I ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa on our last night, and the mattress, while short (I am 5'10") was softer and more comfortable for my tastes. - There is a combo washer/dryer in the "Housekeeping" room, which worked by took much longer than in the US. I had to contact Yuna to grant me access to that room with my same code. - The location was perfect in a quiet and very upscale shopping district with cafes close by and about a block from the Vendome, Madeline and Champs-Elysee The Yuna exceeded all of our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again.
