중간정도로 평가하고 싶네요.

장점 : 시내에 있어 좋음, 넓은공간(방3, 화장실2, 거실, 주방), 취사 가능(밥솥도 있음) 단점 : 대부분이 너무 낡았다(샤워기,세면기,변기, 침대,옷장,소파, 취사도구(후라이펜이나 도마는 사용하기 꺼릴정도로 낡았음) 옆집, 앞집 소음이 크다
