We were very impressed with the use of contactless entry. The instructions given via email were well defined and easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Spotless unit in a quiet residential area

Spotless…no carpet in either B/R, or kitchen area. Medium size fridge with a good sized freezer section. Appliances include coffee maker (Keurig pods), toaster, kettle, induction cooker. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, utensils, dish cloth, dish towels, dishwashing detergent are onsite. Large - 6ft or wider - closet. Walmart and Publix are nearby. Beach trolley with free parking is about 1/2 mile away

The property was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location. The only thing i didn't like was there wasn't room darking blinds and we could hear quite a bit of noise from our upstairs neighbors.

When I used the bathroom on arrival, the cheap toilet seat broke immediately. I complained to the host via text, and although he said I could use a different apartment on the premises, he failed to indicate there was a time limit for me to move to the other unit - as I had traveled across country to see my father who was dying, there were many things I had to take care of the first day and didn't see the host's late night text because I had fallen asleep. In the end, he blamed me for not moving to the other unit. Ultimately, he finally did get a handyman to come replace the toilet seat, but this was a very upsetting experience for me.

Definitely would stay again, absolutely clean as a whistle, smelled really good as well, my one complaint was that the chairs in the living room are way to small and very uncomfortable, other than that it was a fantastic visit. Thank you

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt in einer Lazy Cucmoo Einheit. Modernes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Sauber und gepflegt. Bett sehr bequem und Klimaanlage leise. Gute Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An der Tür fehlten zwei Lamellen der Jalousie wegen des Türgriffes. Vielleicht könnte man dort eine Folie auf das Fenster kleben, um gegen Blickevzu schützen

Very clean, I’m very picky and OCD a d it was perfect. The only thing I think they should improve is adding curtains to the bedroom, the blinds are not enough, other than that I can not complain about anything else.
