Justin was an excellent host, all instructions clear and simple and he frequently checked in to see all was well. The property was exactly as listed & a terrific location bring central to all that we were there to see. Would def recommend & I’d for sure stay again when I return.

Perfect for a family trip

Justin was very easy to communicate with and the house was perfectly located with lovely restaurants in the area and easy to walk to many areas. The A/C's were needed, and were the plug in freestanding ones. Very comfortable stay.

Royals Tour and a Broadway Play

One week stay to see the castles and caught a West End show. I brought the family to London for a week and would have hired 4 hotel rooms. We found this place and LOVED it. Great location. Good food close by. Easy access to transportation. Highly recommend for a group of any size.

Wonderful stay

Family vacationing from Texas

Perfect location to see so many things. Walking distance or a short cab ride to almost everywhere. Great restaurants, spa, pharmacy, and pubs within minutes. The 4 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family of 4. Felt very safe and had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Wonderful property!

This property was excellent! The checkin process was seamless. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Communication with the owner was great. The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants very close and a quick walk to the underground. Highly recommend!

Everything you could want!

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment. Perfect location with everything you could want right outside your door. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and even adapters in every room. The primary bedroom on the top floor had a mini fridge and microwave. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Dont hesitate to book!

Fantastic Location

Can’t beat the location very close to the underground and lots of restaurants and shopping. The flat was nice and having AC units was really helpful in August. I will say there are a lot of stairs which can be difficult to manage with luggage. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. The property manager was attentive and even checked in partway through our stay.

Wonderful property!

Our two families had a wonderful time while at this property. The property is well appointed with anything you’d need. The location is absolutely perfect! It was in the middle of a wonderful area with plenty of great restaurants all around. It was extremely easy to catch the underground. The host and POC were extremely responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely come back, and hope to do so in the future.

Ladies in London

Three of my sisters and two nieces added a week in London to a family weekend in Dublin. For those of us who had been before this was our first visit to Fitzrovia. We will be back as there is still much to explore in this neighborhood. The property worked out just fine for us and was easy for those who wanted to explore the city to get to and from their destinations.

Pity about the incovenience

Our stay in London was unfortunately not a pleasant experience, despite the house meeting our expectations in some aspects. The location was convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped (although the extractor fan didn’t seem to work, causing the smoke alarm to go off while cooking just two slices of bacon for breakfast). The major issues, however, were the lack of hot water and heating during our 2 nights stay. On the first day, the boiler broke down, leaving us without hot water and unable to shower. The following day, the heating failed entirely, forcing us to rely on portable heaters at night. Being without these basic necessities in December is a significant discomfort, and it falls far below the minimum standards expected, especially given the cost of the accommodation. What made the situation worse was how the hosts handled it. While we appreciated their responsiveness, the solutions provided were ineffective, and the attitude of minimizing the inconvenience was disappointing.

Trip with 3 Senior Citizens over 80

The property was very comfortable and the owner and property manager were very responsive to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. The location was great (close to many things and yet a nice quiet neighborhood) and access to cabs was easy which was important for us since we were traveling with 3 people over 80 years old. A couple of things to note are that the walk to the tube station is about 10 minutes and there are 4 flights of stairs in the apartment. We were aware of both of these in advance and while challenging for our older guests, it was still manageable. Highly recommend.

Great location, great host, good set up

I cannot say enough great things about Nayara, the host of this very nice apartment. She worked very hard to help us get into her place when we got kicked out of another apartment due to the heat not working. She is spent a lot of her time helping us that night, and I really appreciate it. She and her co-host were also very responsive and helpful during our stay. The place was clean and his a nice setup for a family. We had 7 people and were comfortable with a nice living area to lounge in. I just wish we had good weather to enjoy the very cute back patio. Water pressure and hot water are really good in the apartment. The location is great. Good restaurants nearby and not far to walk to tube stops to get all around London. Would stay here again.
