On entering the house the sleeping area is on the left, the first double bedroom and bathroom overlook the inside of the condominium. The furniture is new and the house has been recently renovated. The house is on the first floor with an elevator.

The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a television corner, a dining table with 6 chairs, shelves, cabinets, coffee tables, pictures and other furnishings enrich the living room.

There are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed (190cm x 160cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a wall-mounted television.
The second bedroom also has a double bed (190cm x 160cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sofa and a wall-mounted television.

The kitchen is equipped with a refridgerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.

There are two bathrooms with sanitary facilities and shower cabins.
