Introducing Tropicali! A 4 BR/4.5 BA home in the coveted, gated community of Seagrass. Tropicali is located on a larger lot in Seagrass, backing up to the privacy of a natural setting. Roominess, comfy beds and a loaded kitchen means you can choose how you spend your time, when not on the beach. The pure economics of staying in a home that's as nice (if not nicer in some cases) than beachfront homes within a 45-second limo golf cart ride to the boardwalk makes a big difference to your budget! Tropicali offers everything you need to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful setting, nestled in the coveted community of Seagrass. Hop on the golf cart and zip (in 45 seconds) to the boardwalk with all your included beach equipment -- because you only need your beach vibe and sunglasses!

Being self-contained, Seagrass offers a family-friendly environment for biking, walking or riding the golf cart to the beach boardwalk (approximately 45 seconds). Just load up the cart with the furnished beach equipment and zip over to the wide beaches of Seagrass. Seagrass is located around the middle of the peninsula, convenient to Skully's, Weber Donuts and the Trading Post, with nearby public bay access and the State Park.

"Tropicali" was born out of our love for the cool vibes of memorable places we've visited -- Huntington beach in California and southern Honduras. Tropicali is fully loaded with all the items you need for your memorable vacation on CSB. We have fallen in love with this house because of the Gulf AND Bay views, from the top deck. The house is appointed and furnished with the quality products we expect when we travel and we are picky travelers! Check out your home away from home and let us know what we can do to make it even more memorable.

For a good night's sleep...
- King Bedroom #1 with en suite bathroom (shower, double-vanity) on the top floor, off great room & kitchen
- King Bedroom #2 with en suite bathroom (shower, double-vanity), on the first floor, with direct deck access, overlooking a wooded natural setting
- Queen Bedroom #3 with en suite bathroom (tub/shower combo, double vanity) on the first floor with direct deck access, overlooking a wooded natural setting
- Hall Bedroom #5 – bunk room with two full-size beds, shared hall bathroom (shower, double-vanity) on the first floor
After a day at the beach...
- Each bedroom has a 43” smart TV with free Netflix or access all your favorite apps and an Expanded Cable package on all TVs.
- Free Wifi keeps you online when you need to check-in
- Note there is no landline at Tropicali -- cell service is excellent in this area of the Cape
Amenities for fun and convenience...
- Huge private pool and deck (12x28, 3 - 5.5 feet depths).
- Shower on the back patio for twilight showers and a sand-free ending to your day
- One table on the back patio
- Included beach equipment: kayak, paddle board, beach cart and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We do not provide "tailgating" tents.
- The upstairs deck, conveniently located off the kitchen, has a gas grill (propane included), perfect for the catch of the day or fresh seafood you picked up at the local shop.

SPECIAL NOTES:

- Elevator has been installed and is helpful to getting items upstairs. However, the service is dependent on the guests' understanding and use of the instructions. We cannot be responsible for the guest not following instructions, nor the service provider responding on a timely basis to a remote peninsula.
- We are sorry, but Tropicali is NOT PET FRIENDLY due to prior inconsiderate guests.

* Read and understand all rules in the agreement regarding the Golf Cart. Renter assumes responsibility for all damage. The GOLF CART CANNOT BE TAKEN ONTO THE BEACH. It is for transporting items to the beach boardwalk IN SEAGRASS.*

FEE INFORMATION:
- WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS, sorry.
- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $475
- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.
- Heated Pool Fee (November - April is $100 for the duration of your stay.)
Note the heated pool fee must be requested and we will add it to your booking, as Vrbo does not automate the fees for those two items.

Tropicali

We had a great week at this property in Cape San Blas, FL. It had lots of amenities for visitors who fly in and not driving. Golf cart, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella to name things we usually have to rent. The elevator was a plus in this 3 story house. Great area which isn’t super crowded on the beach.

LOVED Tropicali!

Our family travels to different places every summer for our annual family vacation and Tropicali will be on our repeat list! The house and location were perfect for us. The beach is a short golf cart ride away, the neighborhood was quiet and the house was more than well equipped for all of our needs.

Stunning Property

The home is absolutely gorgeous. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We spent hours upon hours in their beautiful back yard pool. Wonderful memories were made during our week stay. Highly recommend.

You want to stay here!

This may be my best VRBO experience to date. Tropicali was amazing! Carol provided everything we needed and more. Super clean and comfortable. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze and the pool was great for the kids. She goes the extra mile by providing the beach chairs and toys - for kids and adults! We hope to come back next year! Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time relaxing and exploring the area. Tropicali was equipped super well with kayak, beach chairs. cooler, umbrellas and even the shovel for building fire on the beach. A quick golf cart ride to the beach made it easy to pop down a varying times of the day. Their home is decorated beautifully and located just minutes away from restaurants and shops in Port St Joe. We would definitely book this home again if available upon our return.

A quiet tropical oasis

If I could give this rental a 100/10 I would! The location is just perfect! This rental is in a quiet neighborhood with it’s own gorgeous private fenced in pool. Where the sun shines from sunrise to sunset. The rental is a short walk or quick gulf cart ride to the beautiful beach. The beach has beautiful white sand and is NOT overcrowded with people or builds so the views are spectacular. Make sure sure to visit the beach in the evenings because the sunsets are breathtaking! The rental home is beautifully decorated with a light and airy feel. The home and furnishings are in immaculate condition. The balcony offers gorgeous views of the pool, beach, and surrounding areas. This house comes fully stocked! Just pack your beach towels, sunscreen, and swimsuits and you will be set. You won’t regret this quiet tropical getaway in Cape San Blas.

Fantastic, well-equipped property!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tropicali. The property is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach; the golf cart was a bonus and made transport fun! We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Excellent rental experience

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in at Cape San Blas. The owners are exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure everything is in order for a wonderful beach vacation. The home was spotless and so neatly organized. From the well stocked kitchen to the multitude of toys, beach gear, and recreational items, they have done a great job of making this a wonderful, carefree place to stay with family.

I can't think of one negative!

This property is fantastic. I was trying to think of something that wasn't great so the review would seem more realistic, but I honestly can't think of anything. The beds were a little firm for me, but that's such a personal preference that I can't honestly make that a negative. The house had everything we needed, the beach supplies are great, and the access to the golf cart made our trips to the beach so much easier. The air conditioning worked great, which is not always the case in rentals. We'd love to come back, especially after the elevator is installed. Thanks for making our Fall Break trip fantastic with your wonderful house.

Absolutely wonderful

I feel like another reviewer. I hate to leave review and keep the place for myself. Even better than describe. Fully stocked kitchen. I love to cook and had everything I needed. The keurig is an added bonus. Wish I could have enjoyed the beach more but had rain all week from tropical storm Nicholas. Did enjoy using the paddle board and 2 seater kayak. I got the much needed rest that I was needing. Loved the area. Went into Panama City which is 1 hr away to science center and was worth the drive. My entire family enjoyed. House very clean and well kept. Carol definitely thinks of everything. Will definitely come back.

I'll fully admit, there is a large part of me that doesn't want to leave this review out of pure selfishness so others won't know how amazing this place is! First off, the house itself is very well done on the inside and out and has a wonderful look to it. Next, Tropicali is the place for you if you appreciate attention to detail of items any family may need at the beach. Often I found myself being surprised to find something I needed at the beach or in the kitchen at the house. The beach is a small walk or even a shorter ride with the golf cart. The beach is very clean and quiet which for us was a welcomed treat. Literally there were times in which the closest person to us was at least a quarter mile away! It's a wonderful place and we cannot wait to go back!

The Best Time!

This place has it all. Carol has gone above and beyond to furnish and stock this place with ALL the essentials. Seriously, we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is especially stocked with all appliances and gadgets to cook and entertain. The place was very clean and beds were super comfy! The finishings and decor are so nice that it felt luxury while still being kid and pet friendly. We loved having the golf cart but the walk to the beach is short, too! Communication with Carol was timely and thorough. We loved Tropicali and our time on the Cape. We will be back!

Great location and amenities

The house is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The beach access is fantastic and wasn’t crowded. Loved having a golf cart to take supplies to the beach. There was a canoe and paddle board to use plus chairs and umbrellas. We were sad that the backyard pool was under construction (it’s beautiful and will be awesome when complete), but it was a short walk (or drive) to the community pool which we had to ourselves. Communication with the owner was exceptional and kept us informed and taken care of. A lovely place for a lovely vacation! Highly recommended. Thank you.

If all rentals were this wonderful people would go on vacation more often. Truly every detail was covered and Carol could not have been more kind. If we didn't live in different states I would try to have coffee with her every week. Truly a delightful experience in every way and we can't wait to come back

Great Location, Great House

Everything in the house was new and tastefully appointed, very clean. Great communication with the owner. They seem to have thought about everything you need for your beach getaway. Loved Seagrass and look forward to staying here again.

As the owners of Tropicali, we hope you come to enjoy special memories of relaxing and peaceful vacations with friends and family. We reside in Birmingham, Alabama and enjoy sailing and hiking. We have four children and eight grandchildren who have all enjoyed time at the Cape -- along with Ollie (the Aussie) and Libby, (Heinz 57 rescue). We have experience managing vacation memories on Cape San Blas since 2016.

We truly care about the quality of our homes. Upkeep and maintenance is a priority. We are NOT absentee owners. Our Vendors and Cleaning Team are true assets to the experience we provide.

We understand your time at the beach is something you've looked forward to, worked for, planned in great detail for months. If you appreciate that we do the same for our time there AND wish to be good and respectful during your stay, YOU are our ideal guest!
