• From 1st week of June to 3rd week of August, we offer exclusively weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) . Sorry, No Exceptions. All major holidays such as Thanksgiving, X-mas, and New Years are minimum 4 nights. All other times, minimum rental is 3 nights.
• Offer monthly rate during winter season (1 October to 30 April)
