Linda apartment (65 squared meters large) is placed inside an ancient Tuscan house, it has a private entrance and a private garden equipped with private tables, chairs, barbeque to relax or eat “open-air” (outdoors). This large Tuscan house is divided into 2 apartments: in one are living the 2 owners, while the second one is LINDA apartment, rented to tourists. LINDA apartment is made of 3 bedrooms (1 double-bedroom; 1 bedroom that, at your choice, may be used as double-bedroom or as twin-bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 single-bedroom that on request we may organize as a twin-bedroom with 2 beds), 1 bathroom (WC, basin, bidet, shower) and a large kitchen that is also a dining/living-room; the kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, as well as an oven, a 4-rings-stove, fridge, freezer, moka-machine (Italian Coffee-Maker), toaster, American-Coffee-Maker and kettle. The kitchen has got a very nice fireplace that you may also use to cook steaks or other food. The apartment has also got a washing-machine for clothes and ironing equipment. Each bedroom is provided with a fan to refresh your days & nights on Summer. Sat-TV. Private heating. INTERNET WIFI included.

This apartment has got a PRIVATE SWIMMING-POOL at exclusive and really private use of the guests occupying the apartment Linda. The swimming-pool is as well equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas and wit a second barbeque in case you like to organize BBQ parties at the pool! The swimming pool is 5x10 meters large and 150 cm deep. From here you may enjoy an amazing view on a true Chianti uncontaminated green valley and admire the Chianti Classico landscape with olive trees, woods, fields and vineyards. At guests disposal there are also 2 covered and private parking lots. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, at your arrival, we will be present to you, to welcome you, a basket with some local products that will surprise you!

Giovanna and Maurizio, the owners, will be delighted to assist you during your stay for any needs, but at the same time respecting your privacy. Linda apartment is the top-choice if you ask for a relaxing holiday far from the noise but still near the most important Tuscan tourist destinations.

Fabulous pool

We had a great week and the swimming pool is stunning. The kids spent most of the week in the pool and it is set in the most wonderful garden, but it was much further from the apartment than we had anticipated and we hadn’t realised the apartment was upstairs ...so trips back to the apartment for loo visits and drinks were a bit tedious. Outstanding area however and the bedrooms were very spacious.

Nice apartment, respectful owners and amazing scenery

Despite getting completely lost on arrival (apparently the house numbers were changed so google maps was useless) the owners apologised, although they were not at fault and came to find us. THANK YOU! The villa is nice, clean and they had already gone shopping for us which was plenty for the first night. Pool is great with AMAZING views over the hills and vineyard. Thank you for having us. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Beautiful place with outstanding scenery in the heart of Chianti

Lovely apartment, driving distance to many places an close to wineries. Owners were very accommodating and great people. Pool is refreshing and amazing views. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at the Linda apartment. Martina was very accommodating and helpful with local suggestions. It was nice to take a run in the hills among the grape vines and olive trees and then jump in the refreshing pool. Thank you

Traumhafter Toskanaurlaub

Ideal für unsere fünfköpfige Familie um die Toskana kennenzulernen. Alle Pflichtziele sind schnell erreichbar, danach dann Erholung am Pool. Dieser ist zusammen mit dem Garten sicher das Herzstück dieser Wohnung, so etwas gepflegtes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Wohnung selber bietet alles, was man so braucht. Azsgesprochen angenehme Vermieter, sehr zurückhaltend. Kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden!

Amazing....Merveilleux

Location totalement conforme aux photos, Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Rien n'y manque sinon vos valises. Grandes chambres, et grands lits très agréable. La piscine un vrai BONHEUR. Juste pour vous, et nettoyer tous les matins par les propriétaires. Brbecue, vue magnifique, calme absolu. La location et très bien située dans le chianti. Avec une voiture tout est accessible sans faire trop de km. Et la belle Florence en bus direct! (compter un trajet d environ 35min avec arrêt au centre.) Les propriétaires sont absolument gentils, charmants, et discrets. L'accueil y a été hyper chaleureux. Merci à Martina et à toute sa famille pour cet endroit merveilleux et pour tous les conseils dont ils ne sont pas avares. Nous recommandons SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION.

Clean apartment with well-maintained swimmingpool

The apartment was very clean and the garden and the swimming-pool were very well-maintained. The owners were very friendly. They respected our privacy. The location was perfect to visit a lot of city's like Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca,.... We would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

NO OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE AT THE POOL SINCE WE RENT ONLY THIS APARTMENT (called 'LINDA' apartment) at GUESTS/TOURISTS, so the pool will be used only by whom is renting this apartment!!!! AND THERE IS A BBQ NEXT TO THE POOL !!!
