It is not possible to lock the boat alone or to moor or unmoor it. The boat can only be used by one person as a floating, moored holiday apartment.



Additional costs arise due to petrol consumption and, if applicable, a mandatory extended skipper liability insurance. The deposit must be transferred to the owner before arrival. This property does not participate in the small claims concept. The skipper is fully liable for any damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit. At the various guest moorings you will receive information about the respective sights and restaurants in the vicinity.

The starting point for your boating holiday is the Lower Havel Waterway, which is characterised by extensive kilometres of river. From here you can start a long journey in the middle of one of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany, even in Europe. At the various guest piers, you can get information about the sights and restaurants in the vicinity. If you are a fishing enthusiast, you can pursue your hobby from the boat after acquiring a fishing licence or enjoy swimming.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
