Also on the 1st floor, the 2 extra suites, with access via a private outdoor patio . On the lower level, the private salt water pool, 1 small gym and 1 lavatory.

PARTIES are not allowed.

VISITS by people outside the reservation are not allowed without prior notice and authorization.

POOL
It is forbidden to wash surfboards or wetsuits in the pool, as sea bacteria affect the quality of the pool water.
Do not bring sand into the pool. There is an outside shower.
Glass cups are not allowed in the pool area, we have acrylic cups.

FURNITURE
It is not allowed to move or change the position of furniture

SNOOKER TABLE RULES.
Children cannot play. They can ruin the pool table if they don't know how to play correctly.
No food or drink on the table and play carefully, no jumps or mass shots.

CANDLES
It is not allowed to have candles in the house or outside de house

ANIMALS are not allowed.

Cleaning during the period of stay at the house must be requested in advance and has an additional cost of €200 per cleaning.
