Residence: The Les Balcons du Soleil residence is located at the entrance to the Peyragudes resort on the Peyresourde side, on the Balestas plateau. Facing the valley, it benefits from a magnificent view of the mountain range and the Louron valley. Close to the slopes, ski lifts, and shops, this residence is the ideal place to spend a pleasant family vacation. Free outdoor parking is at your disposal



Accommodation: Apartment (level -2, approx. 35m2), with balcony or terrace located in the Balcons du Soleil residence, 400 meters from the slopes. Access to the slopes provided by a free shuttle and return on skis via a blue slope accessible to all. Bedroom with 1 double bed and cabin with 1 90cm bunk bed (2 beds, high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Living room with pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and television. Kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hotplates, an oven, refrigerator and a dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Independent ski locker on the ground floor. The summer/winter advantage: Free and unlimited access to Spassio: pool opening to the west through large bay windows which provide a very beautiful view of the Peyragudes ski area.
