HostnFly offers you this cosy and warm apartment, located right in the center of Chamonix, in the heart of the famous pedestrian street. Perfect for a stay in the mountains, it can accommodate up to 4 people and promises total immersion in the friendly atmosphere of this legendary ski resort.

## Logement
This one bedroom flat is ideal for a couple, family or small group of friends looking to explore Chamonix.
It has one bedroom with a mezzanine equipped with a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed underneath.
Please note that the sofa in the living room does not convert into a bed.
**Please note:** Scaffolding has been erected on the building for roofing work, which may cause noise pollution during the day. The scaffolding is due to be removed and the work completed by the end of June 2025.
You'll find all the modern comforts to make you feel at home:
- Filter coffee machine: To get your day off to a good start before a hike or skiing session.
- Television: Enjoy your evenings relaxing after a day of sport.
- Oven and microwave: Prepare your meals with ease.
- Dishwasher: So you don't have to waste time washing up during your holiday.

A ski room in the basement, locker 30 bis, is also available for safe storage of your equipment.
The location of this flat is a major advantage for your stay. Situated in the heart of Chamonix, everything is accessible on foot in just a few minutes:
- Numerous restaurants such as Le Monchu and La Calèche are just a 5-minute walk away, where you can sample local specialities.
- The Super U is just a 4-minute walk away, making shopping a breeze.
- The surrounding streets are full of sports, clothing and souvenir shops, perfect for a shopping spree.
- The O'shop rental shop is a 10-minute walk (800m) away on Place Edmond Desailloud. Present the flyer left in the flat to receive a 20% discount on your equipment hire.
Chamonix train station: Just a 5-10 minute walk (500m) away, this makes it easy to get to other villages in the valley and beyond.

Thanks to the guest cards provided in the flat, you can travel free of charge on the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and benefit from reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus city shuttles (with the exception of the Chamo'nuit night service).
Linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you don't have to worry about a thing. You can also take advantage of the free transport offered with the guest cards for maximum convenience when travelling.
