Not the best experience

Communication started out wonderful. We paid 199 for an early check in. When we arrived the cleaning crew was not there and the house had not been cleaned. I spoke with the host and he said she was on her way (no problem!). We went to eat and came back two hours later. When we walked in two cleaning ladies were standing in the kitchen eating and 3 small children were running around. I spoke with the host and he apologized. At 5 they were all still there. I spoke with the host and he acted like her still being there wasn't a big deal since it was only an hour after standard check-in. He said he would refund me half of my early check in cost. I also told him the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. At 5:30 I text him that the cleaning lady was still there... No response. I asked him the following morning when I would be receiving my partial refund... No response. I text him about another issue... No response. Overall the house wasn't bad once it was clean, but bring your own towels. Also the driveway can fit two very tiny cars but not bigger cars/SUVs.

Second time occupant

Me and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect.

Great location and house! Communicate was great. Only thing we didn’t like was when booking late check out for 1pm the cleaning ladies still came at 11am. And also the grass was not cut

Great Hosts and House

Comfortable house, accurate description, and extremely helpful and responsive hosts! We (almost) ran out of toilet paper and had additional delivered to us by the host within an hour.

Not what I expected

The property was horrible. When we first pulled up to the house the grass was not cut, floors was not swept or mopped, and the pull was not clean. The property manager tried to argue with me because the house did not meet our expectations. On one side of the house the air did not work leaving my guest unsatisfied. I will not recommend to anyone.

Overall nice place just some small things

The house is nice but trash wasn't pick up so a lot of flys was around and the WiFi doesn't work that well and the car satiation with the two cars don't make sense because really two cars can't fit but it's a tight fit and if you have a guest they got park 15mons away which my family has nice cars so they decided not to come see us didn't want they car to be mess with or tow

Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.

Family wedding

It took a long time for the hot water to get off the shower or sinks. I would prefer more than one key for the house. The parking is only good for one car. The house was spacious. The pool was nice.

Great location and pool

Our stay with Maya was wonderful! She was super accommodating and quick to respond to questions and requests. The place was spacious for our group of nine and the pool was great! The only thing was one of the master bedroom's sink was slow to drain and there was only one dish pod provided for the entire weekend. Aside from those small inconveniences, I'd stay at this property again!

Property was as expected with everything we needed. A few suggestions for future stays- bring extra towels if you prefer a large size bath sheet.

The picture of this place is exactly how the house looks. Spotless clean, delicious pool, and comfortable beds, maor is an extremely nice, and kind guy.Was always there to help us when we need it something. Highly recommended for place to stay in north miami. Will definitely book this place again.

Had fun with friends, lots of small issues

We had a group of 10 friends that stayed here two nights before a cruise. The house is very spacious and the pool was pre-heated to a wonderful warm temperature! The house sits right outside a gated entrance to a neighborhood with 24 hour security guard, we felt safe and secure! The amenities in the house were definitely sparse, some items in need of repair. The ice maker didn’t work and shelves in fridge were missing or broken, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain and was unusable, kitchen was missing lots of basic items like potholders, dish towels, serving or mixing bowls and a working can opener. Towels throughout the house are thin and small and limited. We had one small roll of paper towels, three 13 gallon trash bags, no charcoal, no laundry supplies or supplies to clean kitchen counters. Just basically don’t plan on any of the extras that are common in rentals like spices or coffee or such. There were so many gnats in the house that we couldn’t even have a can drink open without 1/2 dozen swarming on it. Housekeeping was still there working when we arrived and they had all of the doors open so maybe that was how the bugs all got in. The property manager was responsive and went and bought and delivered things to us but we were only there for less than 48 hours and just wanted to relax not keep asking for things. The overall vibe was that this house is listed for sale (which it is) and could use some TLC if it’s going to be continued to be used as a vacation rental.
