Update as of April 17, 2025 from Resort HOA regarding balcony renovations:

Below is the updated construction schedule for Royal Garden Resort.

We held a meeting this morning with the contractors that are repairing the balconies. After meeting the Board has agreed it is best to pause the repairs until September 2. They will complete stack 1, which they have told me will be about 3 weeks. The grinding will not be as loud, since the major grinding is done. There will be minor grinding to prepare the new concrete for waterproofing.

The plan is to complete all of stack one with the existing crew, they will paint and waterproof the balconies with the exception of the walls. They will return on September 2 with 4 crews. The plan at that time is to be intense work and we are not sure at this time where they will begin in September. The outdoor pools may have to close earlier than normal.

From Royal Garden HOA: Monday March 24, we will begin work on the balconies. North end of the pool deck will be closed until late May. There will be NO Corn Hole or sitting/standing in the area that will be blocked off. The work will continue until May 21, 2025 and will resume after Labor Day on September 2. The areas in front of the outdoor pool will not be affected until mid to late October. The goal is to have the entire project completed by the end of 2025 depending on weather conditions.

You are allowed two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability.

Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.

*No smoking inside property, evidence of smoking in property, you will be charged*

**Renter agreement will need to be signed and completed**

**Linens include: Bed sheets, pillow cases, comforters**

**Towels include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth for each person**

**No Pets Allowed**

Motorcycles permitted, but not trailers.
