Welcome to our luxurious three-story getaway in beautiful Seminole, just three minutes from the white sands of Indian Shores! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect tropical escape, featuring a heated pool, a wraparound balcony with tropical vibes all the way around, and a poolside bar for your relaxation and entertainment. Surrounded by lush greenery, the home offers a private, serene atmosphere while being conveniently 3minutes away by car to beautiful Indian Shores Beach. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails at the bar, or enjoying the sunset from the balcony, this retreat offers the ultimate Florida experience!

This property includes security features, such as Smart locks and property entrance security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

We charge $100minimum for pool heating as it varies on the amount of nights you stay with us and we will pre-heat the pool to 77 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. Pool heater in Florida is not a common need. It's Hot Most of the year!

**HOUSE RULES**:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 15, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed. Please Don't hesitate to reach out to Host.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.
4. Pets: Service animals are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our outdoor spaces.
5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.
7. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.
8. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores. Take Tanks with you for core fee credit.
9. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside. Wild life will make a mess.
10. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. We understand mistakes occur. We are here to help.
11. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the unit tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.
12. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes. In Some cases, Late Check-outs are not optional please reach out to Host for assistance.

Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow any guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
