Central & conveniently-located to wherever your plans may take you, this home is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the action of the popular Tennyson Street, with easy access to downtown Denver, Boulder, or the mountains via I-70. With beds for up to 10, an infrared sauna, reclining massage chair, jetted tub, smart TVs, dedicated workspace, and welcoming backyard area, you're sure to feel at home.
The space
THE HOUSE: This newly updated home is located at the front of a quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown Denver and Arvada and directly adjacent to two parks/trails. It boasts an infrared sauna and massage chair, along with four spacious bedrooms, a finished basement, a poker table/game room, a full kitchen and dining area, a fully-equipped working space, fenced backyard, washer/dryer, and two-car garage, with two full bathrooms and a half-bath powder room.
KITCHEN & DINING: his bright, airy chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and includes ample dish ware/silverware/glassware, utensils, nonstick pans, quality knives, baking pans, a hand mixer, a coffee maker, a spice rack, a Ninja blender, and more. The dining table seats up to 8, with an additional two seats available at the kitchen counter.
SAUNA & MASSAGE: Whether you're coming home from a day on the slopes or hiking in the front range, soothe your sore muscles with the plush, full-reclining Human Touch massage chair, or in the 2-person cedar wood infrared sauna (note: sauna may only be used by guests over 18 for safety reasons).
POKER / GAME ROOM: The entry room boasts a dual-purpose poker table with swivel chairs and poker set. The table can also be used for additional dining space or family games/puzzles.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is equipped with an oversized Sony smart TV, along with comfy sofas and chairs, a coffee table, and side tables. A river rock gas fireplace adds to the modern but cozy vibe.
FINISHED BASEMENT / WORK SPACE: With a cozy speakeasy vibe, use the basement for work, play, or both! A large corner desk sits between two windows for maximum natural light, and is equipped with a modern flat-screen monitor, webcam, two-way audio speaker, HDMI hookup, mouse, keyboard, and plush leather desk chair. GIGABIT Internet means you'll be able to take meetings without interruption. The basement also includes a 55" LGE Smart TV, couch, bar with barstools, mini fridge, and sauna. A Sega gaming console is also available for use.
BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is furnished with brand new, comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Each bedroom has its own spacious closet, including a walk-in closet in the primary. Two bedrooms are also equipped with Chromecast-enabled TVs and lamps with USB charging. (Note: each set of bunk beds has a total weight capacity of 400lbs).
BACKYARD & DECK AREA: The outdoor area offers a gas grill, a gas fire table, string lights, comfortable swivel rocker chairs, glass bistro table with umbrella, and seating for up to 10. Enjoy complimentary yard games in the fenced backyard, including cornhole, ladder golf, and bocce ball. Picnic gear (outdoor chairs, coolers, picnic blanket, tote, Bluetooth speaker) are also available for your use!
Guest access
You'll have access to every part of the home (with the exception of two locked owner closets), including the garage and backyard. Access is controlled by a smart lock with a key code, which will be provided prior to check-in and changed after checkout.
Other things to note
PARKING: There is room for two cars in the garage and an additional two in the driveway. Street parking is also available, but please be courteous and do not block neighbors' driveways.
LOCATION: Minutes from renowned Tennyson Street shops & restaurants, Olde Town Arvada, or downtown Denver, under 30 minutes from Boulder, and easy access to I-70 for day trips to the mountains. Walkable to numerous beautiful parks and miles of trails, including Jim Baker Reservoir, Clear Creek Trail, and Clear Creek Valley Park.
Driving times:
- Downtown Denver: 15 minutes (including Rockies & Broncos stadiums)
- I-70 (West of Denver, so you'll beat the city traffic!): 5 minutes
- Tennyson Street: 5 minutes
- Olde Town Arvada: 7 minutes
- 60th Ave. & Sheridan Arvada Gold Strike Train Station: 10-15 minute walk (0.8 miles)
- Red Rocks Amphitheater: 20 minutes
- Boulder: 25 minutes
- Denver International Airport: under 30 minutes
- Estes Park: 75 minutes
- Colorado Springs: 70 minutes

Perfect for families or just those looking for a low-key escape just outside the city, the neighborhood is just a five minute drive from Tennyson Street shops & restaurants and close to Olde Town Arvada and downtown Denver. Also located just across the street from a nice park, and is directly adjacent to the Jim Baker Reservoir (including walking/running path). Clear Creek Park and pickleball courts, and the miles-long Clear Creek Trail system can be accessed via a short walk or drive from the house.
