Skiing Mecca

The property is an older unit but it was clean; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was convenient to the shuttle and only 5 minutes from Peak7 lifts.

Great Location for Breckenridge

Everything was great about the property. The only issues were the cranks on the bedroom windows need to be replaced, and a tv upgrade would be nice. The speakers have seen better days. None of that is a deal breaker. The cost is fair and the location for skiing is excellent. Just one quick stop on the bus route and you're at Peak 7, one more to Peak 8. I'd stay here again.

Quick weekend stay

This is the perfect place for a weekend or extended stay. We were here for a trip in September and it was exactly what we needed. Easy to find and get into.

Great location for skiing, Plenty of room for our Family

We enjoyed our stay here at Gold camp. Easy parking right outside the building. The Breck ski/town bus stop was just past the parking lot. Bus was full once during a very busy ski morning and we were still close enough to walk a third mile up the hill to Base 8. All other times bus was smooth as easy. The hot tubs are next door and were nice, even though they were busy in the evenings during our stay. Easy drive to town if you can avoid rush hour, or ride the bus up to base 8 and take the Gondola down. The kitchen was nice and provided necessary dishes and utensils for cooking. There was some fun games for our family of 6. Having a king bed and separate beds for the 4 kids (room with bunk bed and double bed, plus living room pullout bed) makes sleeping arrangement nice for everyone. Staff communicated regularly throughout ready to help with any concerns, although we didn't need much during our stay.Thanks!

Lovely location, poor housekeeping/maint team

We found a dirty pair of men’s underwear in the master closet (gross), there were pee stains on the pull out couch mattress, and when maintenance brought air mattresses while we were out, they left the unit unlocked. Glad nothing was stolen, but super nerve wracking, as we were a group of young women and that did not make us feel safe.

Good but could be better

It smelled like someone had been cooking bacon for days, The carpet needs changed, shower curtain was very moldy and pretty gross, there was hair and broken glass in the dishwasher. Other than these things, we really enjoyed the stay. Location was great and access was very easy.

Pleasant Stay

Our group had a pleasant stay at your property. The unit was compact, but extremely well thought out specially. Nicely updated! The location was a short and convenient shuttle from the lift. We were off season so the evening shuttles were a bit difficult to catch to and from town. There were a couple if glitches, but the management team was fantastic to work with.

Week get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, great location, great price. Had a fully stocked kitchen which we made use of every day. Warm cozy fire place as well. Only complaint is that not enough supplies were provided like toilet paper and towels and there was a $35 fee for having them come to restock the condo. Other than that very happy with our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a perfect location, right by the free ride stop and a short walk into town. Kitchen was updated and well equipped for cooking. Our only complaint was the bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for our guests, but they only stayed two nights so they weren't too inconvenienced. Maybe they would be fine for kids, but not great for adults.

Super nice place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about the condo. I only have 2 minor complaints. One the couch was terrible so it was a good thing the carpet was soft to relax on. Two, I wish the property had towels where the hot tubs were. Other than those 2 things, I am still very likely to go back. The best thing was how close the property is to the resort and how I only had to take 10 steps to the shuttle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is ok but not worth the money spent honestly, when booking it states washer and dryer are on site. This is a not entirely true, the closest washroom is a building away. Which means you have to load your clothes in the snow... the worst part of the unit were the beds, not one of them were comfortable. One couple said they rather sleep on the ground. Oh an this unit IS NOT A BLOCK AWAY from Main Street!

April 10- 15 2024 Ski Trip rental 2 Adult skiers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was convenient, clean and comfortable. It was updated and functional. The beds were comfortable for two adults sharing the unit. It was missing a few things that would be nice i.e. a can opener, and dish cloths. A sink sponge was provided but wipes would have been nice to wipe the granite countertops. The appliances were updated and functional. The storage drawer under the stove was either broken or installed incorrectly as it was difficult to close properly. Also the sliding closet doors in the second bedroom was off the rails and misaligned. We were able to repair it to make it functional for our stay. The provision of Humidifier units for the bedroom was appreciated. The Wifi system gave a warning of "poor security", I am used to unsecured networks but this may require attention by the owner for providing secure Wifi service for renters.Overall, the unit was a very comfortable unit for two adults. Some adults may not appreciate the bunk beds but we did not use them. I would certainly recommend the unit for skiers who are looking for a clean, updated functional unit for up to two adults and two children. It is a quick walk to the bus stop and one stop from the base area at Peak 7. Summit Mtn rentals was responsive and wonderful to work with, they provided good instructions and prompt response to questions. The only negative for us was not having access to the ski locker.

Careful if booking through , place was fine.

Reviewer Comments: I was searching for a 3 bedroom ski-in/ski-out place. brought this place up calling it "ski to door", apartment that sleeps 8. The pictures lead you to believe that there could be up to 4 bedrooms based on the pictures. There are some old pictures of the bedrooms, that are not accurate. This is a 2 bedroom condo, walk to bus to get to ski hill place. Ski locker was not available for use and the unit is on the second floor. Kitchen exhaust fan does not exhaust, bathroom door hard to shut and no broom or shovel to get rid of snow in front of door to exit stairway. Customer service from Summit Rentals seems over the top with a lot of text messages. The unit is nice/fine and considering the surprises, we made the most of our time there.

Check in was easy and the management company very responsive to the little glitches which came up during our stay. I especially liked the close proximity to the Nordic Center. What a gem. I had overlooked the fact that there is no washer and dryer within the unit but located somewhere within the complex. The hot tub and sauna were well-maintained. The bathroom for the master bedroom is not ensuite. If I could give a 4.5 rating I would.
