Fully renovated house with 110m2 composed with beautiful terrace, right in the hearth of the city, in walking distance to all tourist attractions. Central, yet relaxed & quiet! Metro station at 450m.

THE SPACE:
Spacious and bright apartment composed with two bedroom (140x200m double beds) one toilet, kitchen, living room, dinning room and spacious terrace on the back of the house composed by one table with four cozy chairs.

Living room is equipped with comfortable couch, cable tv with 125 tv channels, books and games.
Located on a quite and silent street on the ground floor.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have at their disposal linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, wi-fi throughout the apartment and a equipped kitchen.
It also has a washing machine, dish washer, Express coffee machine, hair drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron available to guests, as well as all the amenities necessary to assure that you have a pleasant stay, including board and card games and books (in the Winter days, so you can relax after a day exploring Porto).
On the back of the house you will find a silent private terrace, composed by one table with four chairs.
The house has heating system installed and wi-fi covering the whole house.
You will find a guide with emergency and useful phone numbers, tips for restaurants, bars, maps, tourist brochures and other information which will help you to enjoy your days in this beautiful city!

There's free public parking place right in front of the house.

We will kindly receive our guests, assuring they will have all they need for a very nice stay! Gastronomic and cultural tips will also be happily provided.
There will be always somebody available to help you out in any emergency you might have.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The Apartment is located in the largest district of Porto, that is the Cedofeita district. You can go by walk to the top touristic attractions of the city. It is less than 1 km from the "Galerias de Paris" a reference place in Porto, which harbours the best restaurants and bars of the city. Besides, it locates about 600 meters from the touristic spot " Casa da Música" and the gourmet Market "Mercado bom sucesso", a market that reopened in 2013 and has become a gastronomic reference of the city.

Great to take public transport. The apartment is 5 minutes by walking to the metro station "Carolina Michaelis", and about 20 minutes to the airport by metro. In the neighbourhood you can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

GETTING AROUND:
The apartment has good access to public transport. It is located only 5 minutes from Carolina Michaellis Metro Station (with connection to airport).

From the airport:
Metro - Line E, station "Carolina Micahellis".
Taxi – ask to be taken to Rua 9 Julho (Which is near Carolina Michaellis. Note there's other street with same name on the other side of the city).

From Campanhã train station:
Taxi – ask to be taken to Rua 9 Julho (Which is near Carolina Michaellis. Note there's other street with same name on the other side of the city).

From Carolina Micaellis Metro station:
By foot - Get out the station by the back of the station. When you outside you have Carolina Micaellis school in front of you. Walk to your left hand side direction and at the end of the street turn right and walk the street Rua Paula Vicente. At the of the street across the street and Rua 9 Julho will be in front of you.

From anywhere in town:
Metro – Lines A, B, C, E or F, station "Carolina Michaellis".

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The street where the house it is located it is a free parking street where easily you will find 24h free parking. There's also private parking very close to the house, where you park your car the whole day for around 10 to 15 euros per day.
