Fabulous views, clean, spacious, bright

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Panoramica II. Location great, pool temperature excellent (in April), interior and exterior spaces all comfortable, a great base for exploring beautiful Madeira. It's just like in the pictures.

Such a wonderful home

Our stay was very comfy at this lovely place. The host stayed in good contact with us and waited for us when we arrive from the airport. He send us the coordinates of the location and was giving us a heartwarming welcome. He showed us the villa gave us a few tips for eating and drinking and gibe us the name for the local supermarket. The rooms are very nice. The room with the 2 single beds wasn't needed by us. We were 5 adults and 1 child (2 years) and had a really great vacation. The pool is nice and the view is such amazing. Highly recommended.

Villa Panorama Lives Up to Its Name

This is a beautiful villa—modern, spacious, clean with a stunning view of the ocean. Six adults stayed for a week and had plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet spot for alone time. Our host, Samuel, greeted us on arrival to show us around and again on our departure to make getting in and out of the property very easy. He gave us useful information about restaurants and places to see on the island. The location necessitates a car to get to restaurants or market. There is a delightful poncha bar a short walk up the road where we spent a few evenings soaking up local culture. The pool was another great feature of the property. I would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful property

We enjoyed our fortnight here last summer so much that we booked it again and stayed for another two weeks this year. It is a stunningly beautiful property with huge rooms that are well furnished plus a lovely heated swimming pool. We learned our lesson last year and hired a more powerful car this year which made it so much easier negotiating the steep hill and hairpin bends to access the property

Villa review

The Villa is beautiful and the view is outstanding. Samuel communicated a lot with us and gave us several recommendations. The pool is beautiful and heated so you can take a little dip even on chilly nights, just know you might still be a little cold in November:) but it's great. We ran into just a few things that needed attn but Samuel came and fixed them for us as soon as possible. I would recommend this villa for sure!

Excellent!

We chose this home because of location and activities we would be doing. Hiking was our priority therefore wanted a nice space to relax and enjoy the scenery afterwards. The pool sold us however we weren’t able to use it because of the temperature. Even though it is a heated pool, it was quite too cold for our group. Overall stay is great! Highly recommend.

A stunning property

The villa is everything that one might imagine by looking at the photographs. It is very spacious with quality fixtures and fittings in every room including the kitchen. We are fortunate to have several villa holidays every year and this is easily the best villa that we have stayed in. The only slight negative is that access to the villa is via a steep and winding road much of which is done in first gear but it's all worth while when you reach Villa Panoramica 2

Modern, spotlessly clean villa with fantastic views!

Communication with Samuel, the villas owner was excellent and he met us when we got slightly lost on arrival. The windy roads to the villa are a little tricky but the fantastic villa views make it worth it. The heated pool was perfect as the weather was a little cool at times, as the mountains get clouds coming over sometimes. However, we had a fabulous holiday and the villa is equipped to a high standard with everything you need. Samuel gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants which we enjoyed. I would definitely come back to the villa again and it was the perfect base for exploring Madeira. Highly recommended.

Toller Ausblick und superschönes Haus

Haben uns zu 4. (2 Pärchen) sehr wohl gefühlt, Villa ist voll ausgestattet, Parken direkt am Haus. Mit einer Lage auf über 500 m war es außen angenehm kühl und der beheizte Pool super! Einziger Nachteil war das WiFi welches im 1. Stock etwas schwach war - aber hat uns auch nicht geschadet ;-)

Traumhaft!!!!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte erholsame Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa! Nächstes Jahr wieder- wir freuen uns jetzt schon! Küche ist für Selbstversorger perfekt eingerichtet (bis auf scharfe Messer, aber das ist ja oft in Fewos); wenn man täglich essen gehen will und frische Brötchen vom Bäcker haben möchte, hat man allerdings besser ein Auto- wir haben das Abendessen lieber bei leckerem Wein und fantastischem Weitblick auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Samuel vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt war sehr gut und er hat uns persönlich sehr nett begrüßt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Urlaubswoche…

Toller Familienurlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa

Große moderne Villa mit tollem Ausblick und beheiztem Pool. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Es hat alles super geklappt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

First time in Madeira

Property excellent with panoramic views just as it was described. The island is beautiful and lush. Only drawback is the hilly roads to and from the villa but otherwise a wonderful first experience of Madeira. Will be returning at some stage in the next couple of years.

As described

The villa is EXACTLY as described and the online photos are 100% accurate. The villa is slightly difficult to get to, even with sat nav as there are some VERY steep roads. (I would reccomend a slightly higher power hire car) Because the villa is fairly high up there can be some clouds around during the day. (We were there in Sept!) The rooms are superb and the aircon is almost silent. Pool is extremely clear. 65" TV though not many English channels but a few English language film channels on satelite around channel 70. ( it does have Netflix & Amazon if you have a log in) There are some very good and reasonable restaurants at the harbour and Sam the villa owner will happily reccomend others. Final tip, if you book a PCR test you will have to go to Funchal Hosp but if you book a Antegen test it can be done more locally Overall highly reccomended

Bonjour, Idéalement située, vue imprenable sur l océan,piscine chauffée,le TOP. J y retournerais avec plaisir et n avais aucune envie de rentrer. Quelques babioles a régler sur les ustensiles menager ou sur des problèmes de lave vaisselle mais un détail et un propriétaire à l écoute et tres réactif,merci à lui. Madeire géniale,écrin de verdure,des gens sympathique, souriant et zen Bref à quand le prochain voyage Cordialement

This Villa is just amazing with a beautiful view and nice surroundings. It is fully equipped. The sandy Beach is very close. Samuel was very helpful. Will miss it!

Super Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in dem Haus. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden und wir hatten sogar noch ein Schlafzimmer über. Das Haus ist sehr modern, elegant und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche, in-house Grill, Wohn & Esszimmer sowie Waschraum & Außenbereich, alles modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr schick. Der Pool war super. Größe vollkommen ausreichend für 6 Personen. Temperatur war dem Wetter der Insel entsprechend super angepasst. Für die entspannten Tage beim Haus hervorragend geeignet. Lage und Aussicht des Hauses sind ebenfalls einzigartig schön. Ruhige Umgebung und direkter Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns nach der Anreise freundlich in Empfang genommen und erheblich unterstützt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub trotz der Einschränkungen durch Covid-19.

360 views and Heavenly Experience

Madeira is a magical place especially when you have such a great host and a great villa with the most amazing 360 view of the ocean and mountains. From the day we met Samuel, his wife and his amazing family we were greeted with open arms and it felt like we were part of family. The villa is situated on a cliff which provides an unobstructed view of the ocean and mountains. Villa is super spacious, modern and clean with 4 bedrooms and fully loaded kitchen. We loved the indoor BBQ and floor to ceiling glasses where you always see the ocean and the amazing views. The garden on the side and in the front is also beautiful with all the banana trees. We specially loved the gazebo where we practically lived in from our morning coffee to evening dinner. The pool is always heated at perfect temperature and even though we were a little high in the mountains the weather is still amazing and very nice for everyday swim in January and February. Pedro was delivering fresh loaf of bread every morning and there was a super market 3 minutes away with an awesome Poncha bar where we would hang out every week. I want to give this villa 6 stars as experiencing Madeira in Samuel's villa is above and beyond and is hard to top anywhere in the world. We have already booked our next year stay in the same villa and I look forward to enjoying our coffee with the views in the morning.
