The best

Absolutely loved this apartment was spotlessly clean beds were great. Had everything a home has, the stairs weren't to much of a hindrance. Location was great. This would be my first choice of accommodation if available when i next return Anabel loved your place.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was large and roomy, with all the facilities you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and very clean. The little garden on the terrace was very pretty and lots of room for sun loungers .The only negative was the large building in front , which blocked the view.

the apartment was spotless, everything was excellent

there was only one minor problem , the brand new kettle would overload the circuit breaker, this wasn't a problem , we are seasoned motorhomers and used to things sometimes not working as they should we used a pan and boiled water for or many teas and coffees on the hob ...you'd have got a full deck of 5 stars If we'd been able to contact the agent but in the end , no biggy! also there were fresh sheets for the double bed, unfortunately, no so for the single beds we were using ,we will be using this apartment again if we get the chance, I would without hesitation recommend this apartment

Perfect Apartment, Location & Communications

My family decided to book last minute. We have been renting privately for 25+ years. This was by far the quickest and easiest to book. Speedy communication. Location had everything within minutes walk, beach, large supermarket, all amenities you could wish for. Amazing terrace and easy access via shopping centre when you have your luggage to bring up and down. Couldn't fault anything and would most certainly re-book when returning. Many thanks Anabel you were a true professional.

Nice holiday in a nice little apartment

We spent 14 beautiful days in this small cosy apartment. A great bathroom and a small well-equipped kitchen, as well as a beautiful terrace were pleasant.

After 2days the kitchen sink was blocked, Contacted owner but no response Other than this I was a lovely apartment, Good value for a 2bed apartment On the down side, there are a lot of stairs to climb, and trying to get my luggage up,was a nightmare

Great Location

Not the place for people with mobility problems as there were a lot of steps to the apartment. However, the apartment was great and lacked nothing. The location was very central to everything. Left to the main street, right to the old town. Beach was just a walk across the road. Will definitely book again.

A fine stay

Nice,clean,spacious,quiet,well equipped apartment in residential thoroughfare. Lots of cleaning materials plus liquid detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine. No English / Irish channels on TV but some USA news channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps available on the TV but you have to subscribe to use them. WIFI good. Spacious terrace with garden.The apartment is not on a complex or street but on a well lit thoroughfare or passageway that joins the promenade ( Avenida de las Playas ) up the steps to Calle Guatify. In late January the terrace gets the sun 9am -1pm, and about 2-4pm. Overlooked by rear of Soco Shopping Centre and residential apartments. About 50 steps up to the apartment. All but 8 of these can be avoided by getting the lift/escalator to 1st floor in Soco Shopping Centrei- though this mode of access stopped at 7.30pm on our trip.The alternative to access the apartment is to get the lift in the shopping centre to the third floor then exit the lift and go left and walk through the car park a little to the left and exit onto Calle Guatify, then proceed right 80 yards to the passageway and walk down 80 yards to the apartment from there, about 18 steps down altogether.This route available 24 hours a day.At the last minute you may be requested to provide your passport details including DOB.This we provided reluctantly. Don’t know what would have happened if we’d refused.No response to our request for a privacy notice.aWprivacynotice.reqreturn.for

Hard beds/ and ants

Location is perfect but not for ppl with mobility issues or buggies/ if you don't value ur sleep this is the place for you! Beds were awful like camper beds,not suitable at all, we cut our stay short here because of this,we woke every morning in pain with the beds being so uncomfortable! And litterally flipping over when ud sit on the end of it they were that flimsly and light,the mattress were like paper and the ant infestation was on another level,I'm talking kitchen counter tops/floors bathroom floor in our toilet rolls,back of beds onto our sheets towels sitting floor and tables.we cleaned multiple times a day but unfortunately they would return! It's a pity cause it has the potential! This is my honest opinion of MY experience here

Die Wohnung war perfekt

Wir haben die Whng. sehr schwer gefunden, zum Glück war die Putzfrau da und wir konnten sie fragen ob das die Whng. ist. Wir haben FEWO angerufen, die Dame von Frankfurt konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen, von der Gastgeberin hatten wir kein Telefon und sie spricht sowieso kein Deutsch……es war sehr kompliziert. Aber der Aufenthalt war super. Da wir jetzt wissen wo die Wohnung sich befindet, würden wir jederzeit wieder die Wohnung mieten.

Strandnahe geräumige Unterkunft.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass durch das Shoppingcenter SOCO ab ca. 12 Uhr die Sonne weg war und der Anblick, bzw. die Aussicht nicht so schön ist, was uns allerdings schon vorher klar war.Lage:Das Objekt ist in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Man muss lediglich ein paar Treppenstufen überwinden und ist an der Avenida de las Playas.Wenn Treppen kein Problem sind ist die Lage sehr gut. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden, auch Müllcontainer sind schnell erreichbar.Ansonsten gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer die uns ausreichend Platz geboten haben. Vier Personen könnten problemlos übernachten.Die Küche bietet alles was wird benötigen, der Essbereich war auch ausreichend.Direkt hinter dem Eingang ist ein großer Wohnbereich.Auf der Terrasse gabe es zwei Liegen, einen Gartentisch für vier Personen und einige Pflanzen.Alles in allem haben wir alles gehabt, was wir benötigten. Somit können wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Angenheme Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, aber leider hallt es sehr in der Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr nah am Strand Playa grande in Puerto del Carmen, allerdings direkt hinter dem Parkhaus eines Einkaufszentrum und man hört häufig das Quietschen der Autos, die dort fahren. Besonders schön und praktisch mit Kleinkind war jedoch der Innenhof. Der Kontakt zu Anabel war sehr gut und sie kümmert sich um alles.

Maravillosa estancia

han sido una vacaciocciones maravilosas en el apartamento de Anabel. Es muy confortable y amplio, siendo tres personas es agradable que cada uno se puede retirar sin molestar a los demas. La cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita. Y la teraza....es lo mejor. Vale al principio se escuchaba mucho el ruido del parking del cenro comercial, pero a los poco dias ya no nos dimos cuenta. El acceso al apartmento por el C.C. ayuda mucho a personas que no van bien de pie. Seguro si volvemos, alquilariamos otra vez este apartamento.

Estandia una semana en familia

Estuvimos una semana alojados en este apartamento y fue todo correcto. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Un poco más de menaje para la cocina no hubiera venido mal. Si se viaja con niños hay dos cosas a tener en cuenta: las plantas con espinas del jardín y la hilera de escaleras para llegar al apartamento. Anabel fue muy amable.
