Summer Place ligger bara ett halvt kvarter från den vackra Ponte Vedra-stranden via en gångväg, och du hittar den snabba resan över sanddynerna och ner till sanden nästan lika vacker som själva stranden! Detta är ett vackert, orört område med glittrande vågor som lämnar nya skal och hajarnas tänder i sanden vid varje lågvatten. Det är ett utmärkt ställe att surfa på kroppen eller helt enkelt plaska i tidvattnet samt simma, surfa och leka i vattnet med alla dina strandleksaker, från havskajaker till Jet-skidor. Fiske i bränningen har varit känt för att ge några läckra fångster, och det finns inget bättre sätt att passera en dag i Ponte Vedra än i en strandstol med tårna i vattnet och en drink i handen!

I Ponte Vedra är du bekvämt mot både Jacksonville och St. Augustin, med alla fantastiska sightseeing, shopping och god mat på båda platserna.

Perfect rental to enjoy Ponte Vedra!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The condo is spotless and was the perfect size for the two of us. The photos and description are accurate. The owners are incredibly nice and responsive. They left us a charcuterie tray for check-in which was unexpected and delicious! The patio area is so nice to sit on the evenings to enjoy the weather. The beach was a very short and easy walk across the parking lot over the boardwalk. The beaches there are gorgeous. There were no crowds which made the beaches even better. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Another Great Stay

My favorite place to stay when visiting family in the Ponte Vedra/Sawgrass area. I’ve stayed several times and this condo is always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach and short drive to many good shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful!

Prefect Place in Paradise

My husband and I are natives of Jacksonville, FL. I have stayed or visited Sawgrass since the beginning of the community. I was reintroduced to Sawgrass when my cousin (also Native Jacksonvillan) and her husband moved to Sawgrass. We love everything about the community and have had the privilege to stay with my cousin at her home. We stayed at the condo for my cousin’s son’s wedding. The condo was perfect in size and location. We were even able to take our dog, something we’ve never done before. Being able to walk to the beach so close was one of the many highlights of the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and was decorated in up-to-date furnishings. Everything was so perfect that I now feel like we have our own slice of paradise. We look forward to returning soon.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and adorable. Efficient use of space. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and located near great shops/entertainment. But it’s a studio, and limited on space. There was no drawers to put our clothes and that made it difficult to stay tidy in an already small space. However, its location was fantastic.

Fun girl trip

My daughter and I flew down from the Midwest and New York for my oldest daughter’s birthday. Fun stay at Sawgrass. So close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location to groceries and my daughters house. Sleep over and dance party at the condo. Hope to terurn
