Stunning views

The views from this property are absolutely gorgeous!! Our family loved staying at this property. The house was beautiful and clean. The air conditioning in warm temps felt great. The pool was lovely as well. The only thing I would say was we could have used a little more kitchen supplies when we cooked at the house, like a cheese grater for instance, but not really a big issue at all. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this house.

Stunning views, not overlooked, great base for Split and Omis

Stunning villa, with incredible views over the local town and bay. Everything clean and a generous welcome. Villa is located a short drive (45 mins) from Split and walkable/taxi distance from Omis or the drive is very short and parking is ample. The town is lovely with lovely beach and plenty of places to eat.

Wonderful Relaxing Location

This villa is fantastic. The views are amazing and being a new build the accommodation is very well appointed. You will need a car as Omis is a good 40 minute walk but it is well worth it just for the views. The hosts were very attentive and always on hand. A wonderful holiday and we will return.

Great Opportunity for a family vacation

We booked Villa Vista for a week for 6 people and one house cat. Check-in and out was very easy. The host was communicative throughout the journey. The location and the view are amazing, truthfull to the pictures. We had two days with bad weather and couldn't really go out, in that case the house was a little tight. The rooms aren't that spacious. One little thing that might be an improvement proposal is that there were not enough dishes for 6 people. We loved to cook and eat at the villa but lost a lot of time rewashing the dishes. But all in all it was still alright. Also, we arrived with cars, without it would've been a little stressfull. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend anytime.

Beautifully appointed villa with breathtaking views and a great sized pool

Our stay at Villa Vista was just what we needed. We arrived quite late at night so we were not able to take in the unbelievably breathtaking views until the following morning. That did not stop us diving into the great sized pool to cool off after a tiring days travel. The pool is actually larger than the photos suggest (about 9m x 4 m I think). We were in it every day doing laps! We had a lovely welcome hamper in the fridge (some prosciutto and cheese, bread and a bottle of the local brandy) and the owners even had a large pizza waiting for us when we arrived late... which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The bedrooms were all a good size and the bathrooms were really spacious and had great showers. The kitchen / living room / dining room leading out to the top veranda was ideal for how we wanted to live... we ate outside every night. The Air conditioning throughout the villa was really appreciated as it was quite hot most days. Finally, a large smart TV / AV setup helped us relax every evening. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. You will likely need a car / vehicle as it is quite a drive up the hillside but that is more than justified when you see the view. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus. Die Umgebung von Omis bietet total viel Freizeitmöglichkeiten, und der Blick von der Terrasse war einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus war genauso, wie wir es lieben: etwas abseits gelegen und mit grandiosen Blick.

10 tolle Tage in Kroatien Villa Vista Omis

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der wunderschön gelegen Villa zu Gast. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist umwerfend, Pool und Terassenausstattung sind wie auf den Bildern...auch der Grill lässt sich gut benutzen. Die Villa selber ist super, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit exzellent und für 5 Erwachsene Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeber waren 1a und haben alle Wünsche erfüllt, insbesondere möchte ich Lucija danken, die für unsere direkten Fragen vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar war. Wir haben diesen Urlaub absolut genossen und können dieses kleine Paradies uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Villa. Sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit einer supertollen Aussicht auf‘s Meer. Ausstattung perfekt. Toller Pool und Terrasse. Genug Platz für alles. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, es wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind top. Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit traumhaften Blick

Wir waren im April mit 4 Personen für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war alles extrem sauber und die umfangreiche Ausstattung neuwertig. Das Haus besticht durch seine Einzellage am Hang, den großen terrassierten Aussenbereich mit Pool und den unglaublichen Blick auf Omiš, die Berge und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Da die Außentemperaturen noch sehr kühl waren, waren wir sehr froh das Wohnzimmer abends mit der Klimaanlage beheizen zu können. Die Hausübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Alles nur mit allen Sternen zu bewerten! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Tolle Villa mit beheiztem Pool! Tolle Gegend! Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Omis verbracht! Die Besitzer haben wir leider nicht kennen gelernt! Aber eine nette junge Frau hat alles gemanagt! Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen- zumal unsere 2 guterzogenen Hunde kein Problem für Vermieter waren !

Wunderbares Haus in Bestlage

Wir waren im September 2022 zu zweit mit Hund für 6 Tage in der Villa Borak und haben jede Minute genossen. Alles war genau so schön, wie die Bilder suggerieren und wie in vorherigen Rezensionen beschrieben. Das Haus ist neu und sehr modern, alles, was nötig ist, ist da. Etwas rudimentär ist die Kochausstattung. Der Grill ist herausfordernd, aber die Meeresfrüchte und das Steak sind dennoch gelungen 😋. Einziges Manko für uns war die Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Ab 16:00 knallt die Sonne auf die Terrasse, und wird von der Markise nicht mehr abgehalten. Wir haben uns mit einem der Sonnenschirme beholfen, den wir mit einer Hundeleine am Geländer befestigten 🤷🏼‍♀️. Idealer wären Ampelschirme auf der Terrasse und am Pool. Für Hundebesitzer, die ähnlich explorative Tiere wie wir besitzen: das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, eine lange Leine ist angebracht. Wir freuen uns aufs Wiederkommen!

Atemberaubender Blick - perfekter Vermieter

Wir waren hier mit unseren 3 Kindern (10,13,15), der Schwiegermutter und unserem Hund. Das Haus wirkte auf den Fotos etwas größer als in Natura, aber die Größe ist völlig ausreichend. Alles ist in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse kann man eine Markise ausfahren, so dass man etwas Schutz vor der Sonne hat. Eine Ebene tiefer liegt der Pool, welcher Abends beleuchtet ist. Hier gibt es Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Von überall hat man eine atemberaubende Sicht aufs Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln (Brac, u.A.). Wir befürchteten vorher, dass es durch die vorgelagerten Inseln nicht wie das Meer wirkt, aber das tut es durchaus. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service des Gastgebers. Es war schon fast eher eine Reiseleitung, die wirklich alles sofort erledigt hat, was zu erledigen war und bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen hat. Das geht nicht besser und haben wir so auch noch nie erlebt Vielen Dank an Luce, Ivan und alle, die sich liebevoll gekümmert haben.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Wir waren mit drei Paaren in der Villa Borak und haben eine wundervolle Woche verlebt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich ist fantastisch, sowohl am Tag als auch am Abend. Das Örtchen Omis hat nicht nur eine tolle Altstadt, sondern lädt auch zu vielen Unternehmungen ein z.B. Rafting, Bootstouren oder ein Zipline Abenteuer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war etwas mehr Küchenausstattung und evtl ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm. Aber wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus sehr sehr gern weiter! Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Sensationelle Aussicht und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Pool ist beheizt, was eine tolle Überraschung war. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Auch im Herbst sehr zu empfehlen.

Hus med fantastisk utsikt

Trevligt, modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Vid ankomsten fanns ett fantastiskt fat med skinka och ost, bröd, juice, vatten,öl och en lokal valnötslikör. Gott om handdukar även för dopp i poolen. Minus för hårda sängar.

Superb poolvilla in Omiš

We arrived to a new, modern, clean villa with a spectacular view to Omiš and the sea. Ivan and Marija are perfect, welcoming and thoughtful hosts who spared no effort to make our stay perfect, -and it was! We’re rented several places before, both in Croatia, Italy and Spain, but this was indeed super! The pool is absolutely stunning and a great hangout for the family. Big terrasses and even an outdoor fireplace, where we grilled local seafood and meat which we enjoyed at the outdoor dining table. 5 minutes drive down the winding road takes you to either the local beach with two great restaurants or the charming and beautiful city of Omiš. The villa was the perfect setting for our holiday and we give our highest recommendations. We would love to come back :-)
