Located in the north of the city, Prosperidad is currently one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods for young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer that combines with a great atmosphere of life, culture, leisure and hospitality.
A residential area with everything within reach and safe, very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín districts. Its close location to the M-30 motorway also facilitates access to the neighbourhood by car, and it has excellent public transport connections to the city centre and the rest of the city, such as the Avenida de América metro and bus interchange.

The apartment:
This cosy and very bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to six guests.
Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room has a double sofa bed, a great designer chair, a smart TV and an attractive decor that brings warmth to the space.
The dining area, which also has a TV, is located in a separate area that invites you to enjoy meals and after-dinner conversations in good company. The large and modern kitchen, which also integrates the dining space, is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has two great and spacious bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.
