Located just next to one of Sweden's best beaches, we've built this house in traditional Swedish style, yet with a modern feel.
There's a large private garden with a Jacuzzi seating 9 people, a kids tree house, large patio with heaters, out door table tennis, sun beds, large private parking area, bicycles, toys and swings. Depending on season there are wild strawberries, plums, apples, rhubarbs and herbs. Outdoor fridge on the patio, outdoor "fireball" and a Weber grill.
The beach is just one minute walk and we have a small beach house there (tiny).
The garage is being renovated and is not available, but there is lots of space to park in the driveway.
Indoor there's a fireplace downstairs, wine fridge and built in ice machine, large aquarium, large 4K TV, Playstation 5, Bose speakers and Sonos music system. The wi-fi is 1GB/s
What you will love about this neighborhood
Although a popular holiday destination, our surroundings are quiet and our house is on a cul-de-sac (blind alley) to the beach making it safe to play for the kids.
Plenty restaurants, bakery and shops within bicycle distance as are three of the best links golf courses in Europe and the Falsterbo Horse Show (July).
Half an hour's drive across the bridge lies beautiful Copenhagen (and Copenhagen Airport). On the Swedish side of the bridge is the city of Malmö and the huge shopping mall Emporia.
There is a Viking village/museum (Foteviken) and an amber museum close by. Summer time there is a clay tennis court close and we have an hour at 19:00 Sundays. Rackets and balls available. Padel court is close. Beach volley ball net is on the beach. Portable coal grill available.
The small old harbour in Skanör is picturesque and has several restaurants and the Badhytten night club. In Höllviken there's Strandtugg restaurant on the beach (you can bike or walk there), a small shopping mall and a pretty good cinema.
As the Swedish currency has fallen sharply the last few years Sweden is now a relatively cheap destination
