Large and spacious holiday villa with 45~50m2 pool with bar & barbecue area, located in Vodnjan / Istria with sea view to the Brioni islands, just 7 min by car from the nearest beach!
Larger groups are welcome.

The outdoor Pool-Bar area also features a brand new Hotspring Grandee SPA / Jacuzzi / Hot Tub!

The "Pool Bar Villa Vodnjan" has a pool that is composed of a small child area (8m2) (from 1.5 years up), a swimming area(23m2), and a bar area(18.5m2)! There are 6 stone stools inside the swimming pool that face a bar that contains all the necessities for enjoying a perfect summer holiday in Croatia. The bar/barbecue area that is inside the pool is equipped with all the tools needed to cook a perfect breakfast/lunch/dinner and have a cold refreshing beverage from inside the pool!

The bar is equipped with an LCD satellite TV and a stereo sound system. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and is available in all property areas.

The maximum occupancy of the Villa is 18 adults. We do allow up to 20 people to stay with us upon request, however, this is only for groups that include children. In the case of more than 18 occupancies, we can accommodate the two extra on a large sofa bed.

The villa has 8 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with separate beds.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds that are sharing 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor, there are 4 more bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the others with double beds. These 4 rooms share 3 bathrooms.
On the second (top) floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. These are the newest rooms and have their own bathrooms which are accessed from within the bedroom.

There are 2 spacious living rooms with satellite TV on the upper floors. All the furnishing and interiors are new and equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, boiler, stove, and microwave oven. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are provided.



The villa is situated in the suburbs of Vodnjan, in the San Antonio area.
Vodnjan is a small charming town with many medieval houses and narrow winding streets with a few shops and cafes. The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town squares.

3 min. away by car, there is a local Supermarket and Bar. The centre of Vodnjan is reachable by foot(10 min.). 10 min away by car is Fažana, 7 min Peroj, 15 min. Barbariga with its beautiful beaches.

From Fažana, you can catch a 10-minute boat ride from Fazana to the beautiful Brioni Islands National Park with animals running freely all around you and an 18-hole Golf course. There's also a highly acclaimed open-air theatre 'Ulysses' on the Brijuni islands.
Medulin is just 25 min away along with Premantura and the wonderful Rt. Kamenjak.

Our Istrian 'capital of culture' ( Pula ) is just 12 min away by car. Here there's a lot to see and experience. International stars have concerts in the Roman arena throughout the summer - like Seal, Leonard Cohen, Zucchero, and many more. Also every year the Pula film festival attracts people from all over the world.
