Den magiska och helt renoverade villan är avskild och ligger på en kulle som heter Vrh Benolic med utsikt över havet. Insidan såväl som utsidan är full av charmiga detaljer. Här kan du varva ner från din dagliga stress, lukta naturen, höra fåglarna och titta på stjärnorna på sommarkvällarna!
Platsen i sig är unik: stranden ligger 10 minuters bilresa bort, den lilla Istriiska staden Umag är 9 km bort, men du bor i en lugn naturoas.

Villa Dream

Super schönes Haus in sehr toller Lage: ruhig, Meerblick (mit Auto ca 15 Minuten entfernt), großer Garten, kleiner, feiner Pool. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Leider ist das Haus jedoch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen (viele, kleine Dinge sind kaputt) und sehr ungepflegt. Wir haben erstmal sauber gemacht bei Ankunft. Sehr schade, da das Haus und die Lage ansonsten sehr toll sind.

Villa Dream ist der Dream

Die Lage des Hauses ist in idyllischer Natur, in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Man ist völlig ungestört und kann komplett abschalten. In Wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Umag oder in Novigrad. Es ist ein Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahradtouren. Zur Anreise empfiehlt es sich die Adresse ins Navi einzugeben und nicht den Goolelink zu verwenden, denn dieser führt eine Abzweigung früher zu einer Baustelle. Für uns, 13 Erwachsene, war es ideal und wir werden wieder kommen.

Traumhaft gelegen, sehr ruhig und idylisch. Die Einrichtung ist leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte Ersatz oder Reparatur vertragen.

Alte, aber schöne und große Villa mit viel Platz

Mit einer Gruppe aus 15 Personen (9 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) waren wir Ende Juli 2022 zu Gast in dieser Villa. Dementsprechend hatten wir viele verschiedene Eindrücke und Meinungen. An sich reichte die durch die Putzkräfte hergestellte Reinlichkeit aus. Die Toiletten hatten wir trotzdem nochmal selbst nachgeputzt. Die Schlafzimmer waren aber sauber und mit neuer Bettwäsche bezogen. Die Küche ist nicht mehr die Neueste, aber Spüle, Spülmaschine und Herd funktionierten einwandfrei. Außerdem stehen einem 3! Kühlschränke zur Verfügung. Leider fehlte eine funktionieren Kaffemaschine und ein Toaster. War aber nicht tragisch. Der beleuchtete Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight! Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten ebenfalls problemlos. Lediglich die Klimaanlage im angebauten Neubau verlor vermutlich durch unzureichende Dämmung an Wirkung. Trotzdem hatten wir in der Villa 10 wunderbare Tage. Hervorheben möchten wir die überaus freundliche und sehr hilfreiche Behandlung durch den Gastgeber Drago. Wir konnten mit jedem erdenklichen Anliegen an ihn herantreten. Die Poolbeleuchtung soll früher angehen? - War am selben Abend erledigt. Wo kann man gut essen gehen? - Man bekam direkt mehrere Vorschläge. WLAN funktioniert nicht? - Innerhalb von Minuten war er mit einem neuen Router da. Wir haben zu wenig Handtücher? - Kurz darauf steht der Mann mit mehreren neu-gekauften, (nicht gerade günstigen) Hand- und Badetüchern vor der Tür. Regelmäßig brachte er frisches Obst aus eigenem Anbau vorbei. Drago gibt alles, dass es dem Gast gut geht. Vielen Dank dafür!

Super nice stay!

We had a wonderfull week in the 'Villa Dream'! The nature around it is stunning and the owner was always helpfull and reacted quickly. Although the property looks bigger on the picutres, we had enough space for the 16 of us and enjoyed sitting together inside or on the terrace, eating dinner and enjoying the sunset above the ocean that we could see from the house. We can definetly recommend staying in the 'Villa Dream'!

Great house for a group od friends

I stayed at the house in August 2020 with a group of friends and really enjoyed our time here. The house is very large, well stocked up with all supplies and has an amazing amount of outdoor space around it - which is exactly what we were looking for.

Real Gem!!!

We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures of the villa did not do it justice! Villa was more then advertised and exceeded all of our expectations! Drago was a great host and we would recommend this place.

We enjoyed the villa and its great surrounding. Very welcoming host Drago who gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit. Place is clean and very artistic since the owner Drago is the artist he presented his work to us. Lots of space for big groups and families.

Greatest!!!

Drago went above and beyond to help us with any question or requirement, recommended taxi drivers, fisherrman, grocers, horseback riding close by and that made our stay memorable. His advice kept us from making mistakes. The view from the villa was amazing. In short you can’t make a mistake staying here.

Great villa!!

Property is large with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, had quit a few nice walks into the wood and to the local ranch with horses where we also went horseback riding. The owner was helpful. Overall would definitely recommend this villa.

ein wundervoller Platz,aber leider nicht sehr gepflegt

Wir verbrachten zu Pfingsten mit 17 Personen ( darunter auch viele Kinder) einige Nächte in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Villa. Die Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, die restliche Sauberkeit war wenig zufriedenstellend. Sehr viele Dinge waren kaputt. Es wäre die perfekte Villa, wenn der Besitzer sich ein bisschen mehr bemühen würde. Die Gegend und der Blick aufs mehr war genial. Wir konnten herrlich unter uns sein.

Everything perfect

We stayed there for a week. This wonderful Villa has absolutely everything what you need and I would recommend it. The great place in the countryside but not far away from the sea, the pool, the sauna... Everything was perfect. The owner was very polite and helpful.

A peaceful Oasis

We spent an amazing week at this stone house. It was surrounded by nothing but fresh air, lush greenery and a huge garden full of delicious fruits and vegetables which the owners graciously allowed us to pick from when cooking and making our bbqs. This cute stone house looks like something out of a movie it's very cozy but yet has an artsy touch. The atmosphere was very relaxing and tranquil and I don't remember when the last time i slept so well! If you really want to escape the concrete jungle and hustle and bustle of the big city this place is for you. We can't wait to return next year and recharge our batteries. Thank you again to the owners for making our experience one we will never forget!

Super nice

Staying in this gorgeous Istrian home was a terrific way to experience Croatia. Very spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 15 to sleep, several bathrooms and 2 huge kitchens. We felt part of a local neighbourhood. We loved this villa and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay!

The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it's just a short drive to the beach and bars and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recomend this villa.

We love it!

I stayed here more than once, each and every time I woke up in total serenity surrounded by clean air, nature and endless land around. There is nobody around to disturb you. The place was clean with stylish touch to it, not to mention an impressive pieces of art.

Excellent!

This villa is simply lovely. It is equipped, furnished and decorated to an excellent standard, has a lovely swimming pool and is set in beautiful grounds. The quiet rural location provides all the privacy and peace you will need. Umag is only 10 minutes away and provides a range of restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets. If you want to eat in (which we did on a couple of nights) the villa has and excellent 'BBQ' and alfresco dining area. The owner was most welcoming and very helpful.

Not clean, not renovated

The house did NOT AT ALL fulfil our expectations. According to the description: - the house is completely renovated; - the beach is 5 minutes by car away; - there is a dishwasher; - there are all double beds plus an additional french-sized bed in one room. In fact: - the house is broken in many places --> wardrobes with broken doors and without shelfs, floors with broken tiles and wood, doors that cannot be closed, etc. This is even dangerous for children. The shower of one room dropped into the ground floor! - the beach is 15 minutes away at least; - there is NO DISHWASHER and never was! - none of the beds are double beds. They are all max. 1,60 meters broad. Moreover, the house was not at all cleaned when we arrived: - the garbage cans in the rooms were not emptied; - the cupboards were not cleaned, they were all dusty; - there were ants everywhere - in the kitchen cupboards, in the refrigerator, in the bathrooms. Moreover, we had 4 SCORPIONS and apparently a MOUSE! There were also lots of mosquitos and no fly screens. There are three kitchens, but one kitchen does not work and is not equipped at all. There is only one refrigerator. There are not enough glasses for all the people. When all air conditions were running, the electricity broke down! All in all, we cannot recommend a stay in this house. It is a pity that it is so purely maintained. The location, the view and the garden, as well as the house as such would be really worth a stay.

Esperienza da evitare

La posizione della casa è ottima con una bellissima vista sul mare. Esperienza da evitare La casa sarebbe anche bella ma l"ordine e la pulizia lasciano molto a desiderare. L'impressione è che sia una casa non curata, mobili sporchi , rotti, vecchi e rovinati. Ci sono tre cucine ma solo in una di esse era presente il frigorifero (all'interno del quale abbiamo trovato bibite aperte) e la lavastoviglie non c'è. I bagni poi sarebbero tutti da rifare. Ripeto..... da evitare.
