Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests across 5 beds. The ground-level bedroom includes a daybed with trundle (2 twin beds) and easy access to the pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, smart TVs, and ample storage, with a full bath completing the floor.

Outdoor living
Relax in the private outdoor pool, open year-round with optional heating from October to March. The fenced backyard provides lounge seating, a dining area, and a fire pit perfect for cozy evenings. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days and enjoy sunset meals on the upper deck equipped with a gas BBQ grill. Beach access is just 300 steps away, with beach essentials provided for your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all framed by gulf views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy quick bites at the four-stool breakfast bar.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches such as central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and both a free washer and dryer. Entertainment includes smart TVs, a 75-inch HDTV with standard cable, board games, and high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the crib, Pack ’n Play, baby gates, and children’s books and toys.

Pet-friendly stay
Two pets are welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per pet. The fenced yard gives pets space to relax while you unwind outdoors. Assistance animals are always allowed.

Located in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, this home places you near local restaurants, shops, and scenic drives. Explore nearby Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas, all within easy reach.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
