Välkommen till Giggle Fish på Hood Canal! Vårt strandhem vid vattnet är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och njuta av den lugna utsikten över Hood Canal. Med tre sovrum rymmer det bekvämt sex personer. Vår egendom är inhägnad hela vägen och är husdjursvänlig. Det finns många ställen att koppla av, både ute och inne. Med däck från både strandstugan och båthuset kan du hitta både sol och skugga under sommarmånaderna. Utomhusområdet har gott om sittplatser, en eldstad, en gräsmatta för lek och enkel åtkomst till stranden. Under vintermånaderna är det inre området en mysig plats för avkoppling. Spela ett brädspel, läsa en bok eller laga en trevlig måltid i vårt välutrustade kök. Från alla fönster kan du njuta av att titta på de olika djurlivet från skalliga örnar, hägrar och andra sjöfåglar, till sälar, sjölejon och till och med enstaka val.

Strax norr om staden Hoodsport erbjuder vårt läge snabb tillgång till livsmedels- och restaurangalternativ samt massor av utomhusaktiviteter. Det finns underbar vandring i hela den olympiska nationalskogen och vid närliggande sjöar. Hoodsport är ett dykparadis, eftersom vi är mycket nära Sund Rock Marine Preserve. En kort bilresa norrut tar dig till Hama Hama Oyster Saloon, ett roligt ställe att njuta av uteservering på lokala äta eller att köpa lokal skaldjur. Det finns också golfbanor och kasinon i närheten. Naturligtvis när du går genom porten till fastigheten kanske du inte vill lämna!

Comfy Waterfront Stay

This is a true waterfront property with beach access. The main house has everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable furniture inside and out. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and a big open kitchen, dining and living space plus full bathroom downstairs. Dining and grill outside as well. The small cabin has a full bathroom and bedroom. Close to town.

Gorgeous Waterfront Property!

6 adults and 2 pups had a great time! Wish we could have stayed longer. We had all sorts of weather, but still enjoyed the fire pit through it all! The stars shone so brightly at night. We all want to come back in the summer when Hoodsport must be a hopping little town! Thank you for having us.

So relaxing

The view from every room was spectacular! Spent most of the time on the huge deck where we saw a bald eagle the first morning. Also saw orcas and sea lions. And stargazing was amazing. We had plenty of room for our family of five and bonus was the incredible fenced yard so we felt very comfortable letting our two dogs roam, which they absolutely loved. Plus there was a scooper and hose for messes in the yard. Loved the bonus boat house bedroom and access to the beach. The road was pretty busy on the weekend but the sound gets muffled by the sounds of the water. Great little town with grocery store nearby and excellent hamburger/teriyaki/ice cream place and the best little pizza place just a mile or so up the road. Checkin was easy, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and did I mention the view!! Hoping to make this an annual vacay. Already miss having coffee on the deck staring at the water.

The solitude, the gorgeous weather (go got lucky and had sunshine most of the time we were there), the wildlife (we saw seals, a blue heron, and lots of water fowl), the view, and the property itself was amazing! The house is very well decorated and equipped, and the view is fantastic. The location from downtown Hoodsport is perfect, far enough away to be quiet, but a quick drive if you need anything. They've thought of everything here!

You feel very well taken care of here. Everything is provided, the location is so pretty right on the water and we loved the fenced yard for our little dog. The third bedroom and second bathroom in the listing is in a little separate cabin and would be so fun for a group. Parking is on a busy road but it was fine for us. We were there in February so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area but it would be amazing in better weather.

Family meet up on Hood Canal

Usually we stay in a family cabin but this year we were having an anniversary so several of us found other properties to stay in. Giggle Fish offered a very comfortable house in a great location for our group. Plenty of room for the kids to move about and Grandma loved the boathouse cabin. We did the things we usually love at Hood Canal: kayaking, hiking at Staircase, easy grocery shopping and looking around Hoodsport and just sitting by the water enjoying every moment. Giggle Fish had everything we needed and more to have a great, relaxing time!

Couldn't Be Closer To The Water!

Cute touches like fresh flowers in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Very comfy beds with quality linens. Really nice to have the two kayaks for our use. It was beautifully sunny the say's we were there and the upstairs bedrooms became VERY warm. There were fans in every bedroom, but the lack of air conditioning was a issue. Also - being so close to Hwy 101 made for a lot of traffic noise.

Lots of fun at Giggle Fish!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay at Giggle Fish! House was beautifully situated on the beach, with gorgeous views. Close to Hama Hama where we picked up fresh oysters and crab which we prepared in the very well appointed kitchen. The property is fully fenced, but keep in mind if you have a small-medium dog, there are large gaps along the freeway side of the fence that are VERY large. We didn't feel comfortable having our dog off-leash in the yard which made for some realllllly cold potty breaks since it snowed while we were there. Would be great to add a hot tub to this property. Overall, lovely place!
