Perfect for R and R

The carriage house was very clean and beautifully decorated. I was traveling alone, but always felt safe and relaxed. The hostess included lots of extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. I am only giving a 4 -star overall rating though because I can only give 3 stars to the category for accuracy in on-line listing. There was not a clothing iron. There was only 1 bedroom. The washer and dryer were only for guests staying 3 or more days. There was not a designated work area. These inaccuracies did not affect my visit, but may someone else’s. The only thing that disappointed me was the outside sitting area. The cushions for the patio area had been left outside for sometime. They were very dirty. I had to do some work to get two semi-clean cushions for my chair.

Paducah visit

My husband and I and our dog spent two nights in this super cute apartment. It is within walking distance of restaurants and sights yet very quiet. Our dog enjoyed the short walk to the path along the river where we enjoyed watching the river traffic as well as a frisky river otter and a couple of herons. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful studio apartment

The Carriage House was very nice! Clean and very nicely decorated. There was 2nd small bedroom downstairs with a separate outside entrance. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great having a garage to park in. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Weekend at the Carriage House

We had a wonderful time here. This was the perfect siize for me and my husband, and it was beautiful! It is close ro the river and downtown Paducah. Great place to stay with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We will plan to stay again. We loved it!

Cute little out-building-turned-living space, with a garage for off-street parking, that was close enough to walk to where we wanted to go. Property was clean, welcoming,and well-appointed.

Great Time in Paducah!

Property was well appointed, clean and nicely updated with newer appliances, and little extras throughout! We would definitely come back to this location again in the future! Host was amazing!

So Charming!

I gifted my mother a road-trip to the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY, and this little carriage house was perfect for us! All the conveniences of home, cute decor, great location, easy parking…host was available when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area!

Valentines getaway

Great place! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Close to everything!! Traci was very helpful and Molly and Jet were so welcoming when we got there. Our puppy Boda had a great time playing with Jet and chasing every squirrel in the yard. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect little getaway

It’s beautifully decorated….looks professionally done…and it’s in an older neighborhood close to all of the downtown festivities. She provided everything anyone could need for a perfect stay! WILL definitely stay here again!

Amenities Beyond Expectation, Perfect Location, Super Comfortable

Traci was exceptionally communicative. Description & Pictures SPOT ON. Easy walking to downtown shopping, sights, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, etc. OR a 2 minute drive & then explore. SO close to everything, yet just outside enough to be quiet. It was PERFECT. Would stay again and again if we ever went through or back to Paducah! We voted this the BEST of all the places we've stayed so far in the past 5 years!

Great experience

Just like a studio apartment. Very nicely upgraded and clean. The owner seriously thought of you might need. Nice and private with own garage door opener. Only thing I would change is the mattress. Just a little too much memory foam. Might be great for back sleepers but for stomach sleepers like me it was a bit uncomfortable. But not something that would deter me from staying there again.
