Welcome to The A-Frame Villa, located in complete serenity with a 20-minute drive to Åre.
This one-of-a-kind vacation rental, known from TV-show Grand Designs, breaks away from traditional Swedish architecture and uses glass, larch wood, polished concrete, and ultra-modern furnishings to create a contemporary space like none other.
A dedicated Villa Manager ensures a 5-star hotel experience with luxurious linen, towels, bathrobes and high-end bathroom amenities.
This is a great choice of villa for 2 to 3 families or a group of adult friends getting together for a holiday filled with nature activities in the surrounding mountains. The surrounding area is perfect for hikes, cycling, mountain biking, and more! Let us assist with setting up the most fantastic villa holiday you have been dreaming off, this villa is a great choice both in summer and winter! In summer you can think of booking a hike finishing it with a gastronomical experience, or for example going on a Moose safari! In winter activities such as a dog sledding tour, or chasing the Northern lights with a local experienced guide are just a few options to name.
The villa has been designed by architect Måns Tham and is truly a piece of art rather than just another great villa. State-of-the-art appliances and utilities throughout. The villa consists of five bedrooms and is divided into three ”suites”, where each suite includes its own bathroom, lounge furniture and wardrobes. The villa has a large sauna overlooking the mountain valley, and a welcoming lobby with ski equipment storage room for in the winter.
On the ground floor you will find the large common living area which holds a fantastic kitchen with cooking island, and a large dining table. The sofa corner has a built in sofa throughout the entire corner fitting 15 adults together, which surrounds the unique and modern tiled fireplace.
Wifi is of course available throughout the property and the kitchen comes with modern appliances. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well.
