Hello and welcome! I am offering a new, spacious and private Guess house with private bathroom in my new home. Located 10 minutes from trendy Tarpon Point harbor where you can enjoy great food, scenic walks, water activities, and more. 15 minutes from the vibrant historic Downtown area. There are beaches, restaurants, shopping malls, parks, activities and more nearby. If you are looking for a cozy and inviting place to call home while visiting beautiful Cape Coral, look no further!
The space
Private room with 1 full bed, space for two. Ample space with brand new cozy, comfortable bedding, comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, WiFi access, smart TV, ROKU television, and Netflix (code free).
Guest access
Guests have access to the Tiny house, There is a brand new charcoal grill in the backyard with grillware (charcoal not included, BYO if you plan on using). Guests are welcome to use the backyard.

Shed retreat

We wanted something to use for overnight so this worked for us. We did not like the high bed however. It served our purpose nicely

Good 3 day stay

There was good communication and a cleanly place, worth the price and I would stay again. It's good for a place for sleep or rest. Not set up for any work station and only basic kitchen need for cooking (such as a hotplate.) but found it hard to work on computer and I wouldn't be cooking. So it was fitting enough and would stay again.

Here for work

Great tiny place to have privacy, clean and easy access to town. Love having the washer/dryer, so nice to go home with clean laundry.

Cute tiny house

This tiny guest house doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is adorable. They did a great job giving it a luxury feel in such a small space and incorporated amenities like a washer dryer and apartment size fridge in a small amount of space. It was a great place for us since we were in the area for a softball tournament and out most days. It really does only fit 2, any more and you would not be able to move. It is a great place if you are in the area and need a comfortable place to shower and sleep, but you will need to find entertainment elsewhere. We were here happy with it and hope you will be too!

Perfect Tiny Home

The tiny home was perfect for my vacation needs. The inside was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for one or two people. If I ever find myself in Cape Coral again, I would definitely stay with this host again.

No internet service

There is no wifi services. The owner will say to use hotspot. But it clearly says on the listing that there is wifi. I confronted the owner about it. He said " you can just leave if you don't like it". Difficult to do when I was there for work and already booked for a week during peak season in Florida. I had spilled some food on the bed (there is no table because this is a shed which was converted into a tiny room). I had insurance and they charged back to insurance like $250.00 to replace the sheets on the bed the food spilt? I do not recommend this unit. I cannot really see who could benefit from this spot and I cannot really think of anyone. I left and stayed elsewhere after 3 nights of my 7 night stay.

Great stay!

The property is as described with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again.
