We loved the property, it's great value for money. Had all the amenities and facilities we needed. Sofa bed mattress was hard, but we like a hard mattress. Views from the apartment are spectacular. We communicated with the host through Whats App and he was very good at getting back to us. TV has only Spanish channels, it's not a smart TV, this wasn't an issue as we didn't come to Puerto Rico to watch the TV. We have no problem recommending this accommodation, would definitely stay here again. We found the check in process very stressful. The picture of the outside of the property is not actually the outside. The address give by VRBO did bring us outside the property, but there are apartments to the left and apartments to the right and we were unsure of which one we were staying in. There is a name on the property where the apartment is and this should had been included in the info from VRBO. The lock box for the key into the gate is very difficult to find and if you arrived late at night it would be next to impossible to find. I messaged the owner through the VRBO app about trying to get in, but before he got back to us we had found the key. It took us about 20 minutes to find it and it was a stressful experience. Clearer information as to where the lock box for the gate key is located is required. The WiFi info from VRBO was wrong, WiFi info is on the back of router.Check in process and accuracy of the listing are letting the proper down, but these are easy problems to fix

Peter was a great host! He was prompt & fast to answer & when a slight thing came up he sorted it straight away! He was very helpful! It was a nice stay for a couple of nights! The only thing I will say is if you’re staying there - it’s in a building marked “leopard rock” if you’re coming up the hill! & the first key box you get the code to is a little black box just on the inside of the green gate - below where you put the key! It was super close to town & only took about 5 minutes to walk up or down to get close to restaurants / groceries! Thank you so much for hosting us Peter! The price is also extremely reasonable compared to a lot of others around the place! It was exactly what we needed for 2 nights 👍

Wonderful and affordable

A really stunning view from the appartment balcony over all of Puerto Rico! The pictures in the advertisement should really add the night view you have, it is a joy to just sit there and watch! The appartment itself is nice and tidy. Note that the beds are 2 quite large sleeping couches, which are just fine if you don't mind such a thing (we don't), but it's not the same as a soft mattress. In any case we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have an affordable yet picturesque holiday stay.

Fantastic Studio

I have just had a wonderful stay there is everything you need and Wi-Fi great. No air con but as the sun only comes around in the afternoon the apartment stays cool lovely balcony. It’s a short walk downhill to the beach and town but I got taxis back and only 3.15 € . Recommend it to anyone who can walk downhill.

Appartement basique, jolie vue

Studio avec un canapé pour dormir. Belle terrasse avec le soleil a partir de midi (en janvier) et très joli coucher de soleil sur la baie a partir de la terrasse. Pas tres grand, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Aucun souci pour se garer, tout pret du centre, mais il faut grimper la cote, car l'appartement est un peu sur les hauteurs de puerto Rico.. Dernier etage, sans vis a vis, tres tranquille.. Des rideaux opaques seraient un plus..
