Fit our Needs

This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

It is very nice and was perfect for our needs. Adding a small washer dryer would be good. A heads up on the person living in the basement would have been nice. He is very nice and I enjoyed talking to him.The house needs updating though.

Very nice location, the house was clean and looked as shown. The renter was very helpful if I need anything and reply’s fast for booking. Overall was amazing stay, recommend to all family’s looking for a great place to stay in Brampton .

Pleasant stay

Its not a luxury place, but it's definitely cozy and decent place for my short trip. Family lives downstairs and is pretty loud at some times of day, but it didn't bother me since i also came from a large family with constant noise. Host is kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

Nice house

It was super nice the only issue we had was the tv not connecting to the WiFi so we couldn’t watch Netflix or use YouTube the entire stay.

Not very durable house needs to be redone. Rugs need to leave.

It was below ok not very attracting like the pictures pretty messy the rug is disgusting and just needs to be redone quite a bit

Place was as advertised but certainly not luxurious.

Heat was not working when we checked in - but owner was proactive and provided space heaters and had the heat working next day. Asked for extra towels and these were provided promptly. Overall impression of property was OK but owner was very helpful

Good value, manager seems very controlling and literally sent email when he thought I had checked out and I did not check out yet. Lots of cameras for "safety". Cannot control the AC, but to certain limits. Good value, horrible management.

Nice with challenges

the property is nice. clean and comfortable beds. previous occupants had done damage -so not one tv worked. in addition, there is an apartment in the basement where someone lives and that is not advertised. didnt feel completely safe but there were no problems. owner was very responsive to my concerns and gave a partial refund.
