Your walk to the beach from this house is much shorter than staying in most condos. It is located directly across a very small quiet street from a beach access. From your front door it is about 30 second walk to be on the white sand beach.

Wonderful 6 bedroom house located just a short 30 second walk to the beach on a very quiet cul de sac (no through traffic). This well kept and well cleaned house is beautiful and the owners have finished extensive upgrades in January 2021, including new bathrooms, new floors, new furniture, new larger pool deck and backyard, painted inside and outside. A great place for large families or groups, this house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 16, 2 kitchens, a private pool, BBQ grill, strong WiFi, Cable TV, plenty of parking spots and more!

Pet Policy - Generally a limit of 3 Pets up to 60 pounds $100 1 Dog $50 each 2nd & 3rd. Fees for 2nd &3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.
(This house is great for pets offering a large fenced in back yard!)

Very fun week

Property was perfect for my group. Wasn’t perfect due to minor cleanliness issues however fit a group of 16 very well. Couple of chairs were broken when we arrived and mattresses had minor stains however the rest of the house was great. My group had a great time and difficulty’s or issues during our trip.

AMAZING

Everything was perfect the house was clean and ready when we got there. The pool was a little dirty when we got there because of rain and wind but someone was there early the next morning without request to clean it up. The host was very quick with responding to questions and were very cooperative with the checking in and out. Will definitely do this house again if I come back!!!

Great spot

Comfortably fit 18 people, great location, pool is great. The upstairs washer sounds like it’s going to explode whenever you use it but other than that it was a great stay.

Great Vacation

Overall our vacation was fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the furniture in the house specifically the sofa upstairs and the 2nd bedroom king size bed upstairs . We did have to call maintenance for the master bedroom shower, tv and one of the closet doors was broken, but they came really quick and fixed the issues immediately. Great location in proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice beach home that all 16 of us fit comfortably!

The property had everything we needed! It was enough room to fit all 16 of us comfortably. The beach access is closer than in the pictures, it probably wasn’t even a minute walk to the property from the beach! Great spring break spot for large groups! The pool is also great for when it is too windy on the beach! Definitely recommend giving this place a look.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us in the house. The 2 separate areas were really nice for us. The location was perfect for why we were in PCB. The house was fine for what we needed, we weren't around too much. Just a few minor things about it. Didn't use the pool it was freezing, didn't know we had to request pool heat. The couches need to be updated on the top level. The wood on the driveway by the stairs could be replace. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and bikes. We would stay there again.

spring break

i had a large group of 17 people for spring break and we all had a great time the neighborhood is beautiful however it is a bit far to popular places so walking to some places isn’t possible. Otherwise all was good

Panama City house

The House was big enough for our family. We didn’t realize the basement and upstairs living space was not accessible except through going outside and up either the back or front porch stairs. It wasn’t a problem but we felt separated. The pool looked bigger on the site than in person. Also the kitchen could use some utensils and updated dishes. But all in all in was a nice trip.

Family Vacation

2 separate spaces. Only way to access each was outside but not a problem. Each floor had 3 br 2 bath. Very beautiful house & close to beach. Great area to stay. Nice area in back with pool. Only downfall was pool wasn’t heated and was cold in Oct but that didn’t bother the kids.There is wooden planks outside on part of the walkway to downstairs unit and by shower. All of them was buckled up and a tripping hazard & very slick by the shower. My 4 yo granddaughter slipped and bumped head while showering off & later tripped on one & skinned her knee but was able to text the rental co about it. They were very sympathetic & concerned & apologized & sent someone from maintenance out to talk with us & take pictures and turn into the owners to hopefully get them fixed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & LOVED the house. We will definitely keep in mind for next years vacation.

Family Vacation 2023

It a wonderful week at the beach with our family. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. We had to request pool service because of algae on the sides and floor of the pool; service was completed quickly and effectively. Kitchen trash can could use a deep clean. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

Good price for what you get

The pool lights don’t work, I emailed about them and never got a response. There isn’t access to the top and bottom floors inside the unit it is outside. The rooms were large and had plenty of room! Walk to the beach was awesome and they had a ramp which is good for pulling the wagons.

Not bad for the size

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things that needed updated/repaired. Both the main doors look like they have been broken into with cracked frames. The toilet paper holder in the master on the 2nd floor was coming off the wall. Overall, the home had been recently redecorated and it meet our family's needs. I would suggest putting pillow cases on the extra pillow in the closets.

Full of disappointment

First off I rented two houses, two different locations In Panama City, Beach Florida. The dates were set for Tuesday, November 26 through Saturday, November 30. We normally have over 50 people at our Thanksgiving family reunion and needed to make sure that we had elevators for the disabled family members in the elderly. Also that Each location was able to have events as well as space for people coming and eating for Thanksgiving Booking convenience of payments everything was good then it came five days before I was to leave for the vacation. The first house was to hold my uncle And my aunt Plus his two adult children and their spouses and his four grandchildren Who are all under the age of five. Upon the booking, it stated it had an elevator, six bedrooms, kitchen, upstairs and downstairs and a pool However, upon arriving, there is no elevator and the booking technically is two houses three bedrooms each Which was disappointing because this is a family Thanksgiving vacation The house was not up to par and he and his family were disappointed. We called a property manager. Let them know. This was not what the Advertisement said and let them know our grievances about the location. Understandably not much they could do we just continued on. The Friday before I was to leave the property manager called me and let me know that the location I had booked was not available any longer because the owners have decided that they wanted their house during Thanksgiving.

Terrible communication

To start-the pool was green upon our arrival on Friday-contacted the number given-they said they would call me back-no call back-the owner of the property stopped by and said she would get it taken care of-nobody came-I tried for 3 days before someone came out-they fixed the pump that was not working but nothing else-finally on Wednesday-we leave on Saturday-a guy came and shocked the pool-we couldn’t use it for 24 hours-it wouldn’t have been so bad but there were double red flags at the ocean most days-it was very frustrating-we picked this rental because of the pool-my grandkids were very upset! The property manager did reimburse $250 but that wasn’t much considering what we paid for the week! Won’t ever book with Emerald Coast again!

Thanksgiving week

The property was clean, and we didn't have the issues listed in the past review. However, the upstairs dishwasher did not work properly. The garbage disposal on and off did not work. For the dishwasher to work, you would need to run the garbage disposal simultaneously. It is important to know that the downstairs does not connect upstairs through the interior of the property. You will need to go through the front door or use the exit door from the back room. They are two separate houses listed as one. It didn't bother us, so it wasn't an issue. Also, the upstairs house is much nicer than the downstairs house.

2023 vacation with the crew

Reviewer Comments: Where to start 🤔 we had a blast at the gulf drive house Aug 19 - 26 the house had enough room for our group of 12 8 adults and 4 kids and our dog enjoyed the backyard . Having a private pool was great . The neighbors and neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet , beach acces is right there across the street pretty much so very short walk .. we had a couple of small problems at first but ecdi was fast enough that it wasn't a issue plus it's a rental house and I never expect perfect but honestly this house is worth it !!! We hope to return next year as we come down 7 days every year !!! The biggest issue is no access to upstairs from inside only outside front or back .. other than that between the literally 2 min walk to the beach and the house it's a win .. again we had a few small problems like the a door closer poped out , pool had to be serviced but was all handled in a timely manner to not bother us

Great location but the house was not so good.

There were several issues. We called the property owner several times as well as 3 to 4 emails. The air was out for 2 days, no one came until my son called back and said fix the air or you will have to pay for the hotel room for 7 people. The pool was not working , and the lights in the backyars never worked. The inside was dirty, broken door jams, filthy microwave, screens falling off the windows , the walls and windows were dirty. The cleaning crew was there for an hour over our check in time. The location and the distance to the beach was great. It would have been a great vacation if we could have used the pool. Grilling and trying to play corn hole was fun in the dark. I told the property manager they need to come check out their property. No excuse .

Gulf Drive house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommended staying in this house but there are a few things to know before you go. You basically have two full houses with no access inside from the top and bottom- have to use the outside entrances. That worked fine for us. However, basic kitchen items really need to be added and/or organized. We had to buy a spatula, a sponge and plates. The house has six bedrooms but certainly not enough plates or forks to get through one meal for that many people. Things just need restocked and organized. There is only one kitchen hand towel. The pool was very dirty when we arrived but was finally clear on our final day. The location to the beach was great! Don't plan on there being any beach items there. Bring your own wagon to transport items to the beach as well. I preheated the oven the first morning only to find the previous tenants had left food in a plastic container which caused a messy cleanup and a stinky house. House is on a dead end street which is great if you have kiddos because not much traffic. Great house to take pets with no carpet and an enclosed backyard. The outside areas could use some cleaning and trash pickup. Overall, good location and great house for multiple family stay.
