Vårt vackra gods ligger bara 25 km från Zagreb, i Zagorje.

Estate ligger på en underbar 2 000 m2 stor mark och är full av extraordinära växter, träd och blommor. Orienteringen av gården är SW-W som ger gästerna både mycket sol under dagen och en fantastisk utsikt mot solnedgången.
Tre huvudpunkter i gården är huvudvilla, pool och rustikt pensionat.
Huvudvilla är omgiven av de två rymliga terrasserna som går in på bottenvåningen med matbord för tio, trevligt, fullt utrustat kök och ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis.
Bella Vista-hörnet med fem bekväma fåtöljer ligger på den västra delen av bottenvåningen - utsikten och solnedgången är hisnande!
På första våningen kan man hitta sovrummet med den enorma terrassen, trevligt jacuzzy badrum och ett mindre rum med en utdragbar soffa för två.
På andra våningen finns det ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, badrum med massagedusch och en lobby med ett antikt skrivbord och utdragbar soffa för två.
Poolen är 8,5 4,5 m utrustad med simmaskin och soltusch (simning är öppen 1. 5-15. 10)
Pensionatet ligger nära poolen. Det är ett rustikt hus med den stora verandan. Den har ett kök, badrum, vardagsrum och ett mycket trevligt sovrum på andra våningen med utsikt över poolen.
Gården ligger i ett mycket lugnt och avkopplande område fullt av små städer, byar med inhemska livsmedelsprodukter och historiska slott.
Samtidigt är det mycket nära den kroatiska huvudstaden Zagreb (40 minuter med bil), till kroatiska havet / Opatija, ön Krk ... / mindre än två timmar eller till Plitvice-sjöarna (90 minuter med bil).

Daglig matlagning, städning kan också organiseras av vår Nada som är mycket bra i att förbereda inhemska specialiteter.

Lovely getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa zaza. We were slightly delayed because of our flight but with a quick message to let the owner know everything was arranged for when we arrived. Nada and her son gave us a tour of the villa when we first arrived and explained how things worked. The house is lovely, especially the living area with the glass windows that show the amazing views across the valley and towards the mountains. We had two children in our group and they loved the swimming pool and a great way to cool down when they got too hot! The jacuzzi Bath was awesome with a lovely views. We made friends with the cat that came to say hello, really friendly :) The villa is set on the hills so I would say that car hire is a must. We ate at a few local places , pizza orogoro to name one was very popular with our group, thoroughly enjoyed our meal. One of the days we travelled to Plitvice lakes and wow it was stunning! Not to be missed! If we return to Croatia again we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much

Abifahrt 2.0

Durch die Corona-Pandemie mussten wir leider unsere Abifahrt ausfallen lassen und wollten daher mit 14 Personen privat in den Urlaub fahren. Kroatien war schon vorher klar und durch Zufall sind wir dann auch auf dieses Haus aufmerksam geworden, bei dem wir dann auch nicht lange überlegen mussten. Uns wurde sogar ermöglicht mit 14 Personen zu nächtigen, obwohl das Haus nur für 12 Personen ausgeschrieben ist. Uns wurden dafür zwei Luftmatratzen bereitgestellt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und die Nachbarn, welche sich um das Haus und die Gäste kümmern, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem war ein Dolmetscher beim Check-In anwesend. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt (z. B. Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, etc.) Besonders der Pool ist ein wahren Highlight bei den hohen Temperaturen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die von den Vermietern vorgeschlagenen Restaurants sind super. Die Hauptstadt Zagreb ist in etwa 45 Minuten zu erreichen und ist dafür echt eine Reise wert. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in Kroatien und eine denkwürdige Ersatzabifahrt!

Zagreb House

We had a great stay at this property. Both Nada and Zeljka were great. Nada went out of her way to be there for a late check-in and also left us an array of goodies which was very thoughtful and delicious. There were a couple of appliance items that didn't work in the house which didn't really worry us and i advised Zeljka after we had left so they will be good for the next tenant. My wife and I took our 4 married children and their spouses to Croatia and spent 5 days at Villa Zaza this month, September 2019. Amazing house and views

My family of four traveled with another family to total 10. We all fit comfortably in the beautiful main house and pool house. The view from the patio of the surrounding area were spectacular whether with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our kids had a great time in the pool. We were able to easily cook and lounge or visit Zagreb and small villages. I highly recommend using the option offered of having a homemade traditional dinner prepared for you. We had a fantastic time. The host and local contact responded promptly to all questions and communications.

A property full of character, with lovely gardens.

We rented the house for a week, for 9 people (4 adults and 5 children). The layout of the house is unusual, but makes for a property full of character. It has plenty of spaces to socialise together, or to have solitude. The views from the main terrace are amazing, with sunsets that take your breath away. The local town is a short drive away ( a car is definitely required), but has everything you need, the pizza restaurant is great (huge pizzas). The owner, Zeljka, organised a fantastic traditional meal cooked by the neighbours, in the large wood fired oven on the terrace. It was a lovely experience. The pool was clean and well maintained, and any requests made of the owner were quickly answered. A truly restful holiday. All in all, a wonderful stay, thank you.

Beautiful house in a wonderful environment

We had a great stay in Zagorje with 2 families. The house is very nice, with a beautiful garden and a fantastic view on the fairylike landscape. All the comfort we needed, nice swimming pool. The only disadvantage was that there was no airco. We had temperatures around 40 degrees, and it became quite hot in the bedrooms.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen mitten von Bergen und Landschaft umgeben . Das Anwesen war sehr schön . Großer Garten und das Highlight war der große Pool , der auch abends genutzt werden konnte. Es gibt genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sonne konnte man auch sehr gut tanken . Es war ein perfekter Familien Urlaub.

Fabulous house, fabulous location, fabulous time.

This was a near-perfect family holiday. The house is situated a little off the beaten track but is an absolute delight. The facilities are excellent and the space and isolated location mean you really do get away from it all. Don't go here if you love the nightlife, but if you want to recharge your batteries away from the rat race at a pace which allows you to enjoy every moment of every day, this is the place for you. The house fully lived up to its billing and was everything we hoped for when we made the booking. Our three children (12,13 and 14) were rarely out of the swimming pool and loved every moment of our ten-day break. Us grown ups could sit and relax on one of the numerous patios and soak up the sun, eating fruit off the trees in the garden, whilst they splashed away to their hearts' content. A hire car is essential - but there is plenty to do and see within an hour's drive and it is money well spent. The people could not be more friendly, and the neighbours who look after the pool are both discreet and charming. It's worth doing a little research on local restaurants in advance. There are plenty of good places to eat out at but they did take a little finding at times. We found time to go to the local water park (Aquae Vivae at Krapinska Toplice - a great, full day out); the neanderthal museum at Krapina (OK, but only took 90 minutes to get around); the jaw-dropping lakes and waterfalls at Plitvice (worth the two-hour drive - a remarkable place) and lovely, charming Zagreb. All this and several days just spent by the pool made for a superb break. A truly lovely house in stunning surroundings. I would wholeheartedly recommend it. Positives were: Stunning location; Wonderful views of gorgeous countryside; Terrific facilities in a modern house; Lovely pool; Self-contained cottage in the gardens; Great service from the neighbours who look after the property; Charming local towns and villages; Just 45 minutes from Zagreb airport. Negatives (but very minor) House could benefit from a spring clean;

An amazing vacation home!!

We have just returned from an incredible vacation in this beautiful home with our friends. The property was amazing, as was everything in the home. We were able to relax with such peaceful views and surroundings. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and outside dining area, and the well-equipped and beautifully-furnished interior of the home. The hosts were quite helpful, kind and accommodating for our group, and very family-friendly as we were there with our children. We would love to return there again someday, and would very much look forward to spending another relaxing week in this home.

Hollywood style glamour for those on a budget.

We had a wonderful week in this amazing house. We flew in from Gatwick on Croatia Airways (much nicer than Easyjet) and the house is about 50 minutes easy drive from the small airport. The car hire is literally next to the front door of the airport, so very easy. The house is large, very well built and glamorous with exceptional views west across the valley. The quality of the building was excellent, far higher than I was expecting, it did feel a bit like a luxury LA home. The mountains north of Zagreb were a complete surprise, and we ended up having a much busier week than we anticipated. Varizden was a wonderful day trip to the north east, our waiter on the first day recommended it as the most beautiful town in Croatia, it was totally wonderful and well worth the visit. We spend quite a few days at the superb new spa and swimming pool complex in Donja Stubica about 3km from the house. This is a far better pool and spa comlex than anything I know of in Kent and Sussex. Huge wonderful pools set in lush green parkland. The massage treatment were about 160 kuna for an hour, (under £20!). Eating out in Croatia is very very cheap. We were paying about £30 - £40 for a full meal with drinks for 5 people, that's how holiday should be! Zagreb itself is also only about 50 minutes drive so makes a great trip to the old town and Cathedral area. We even made it to the Plitvic lakes, 2 hours drive from the house, but quite extraordinary (google it). Overall you wont be disappointed, a wonderful, luxury house close to a capital city, and your bank account is left nursing hardly any damage. Great
