Just a friendly reminder about the bug situation in the area. Here are some tips to help keep bugs from getting inside the property:

* Keep Doors Closed: Please keep all doors closed as much as possible to prevent bugs from entering.
* Close Windows: Ensure all windows are closed, especially in the evenings when bugs are more active.
* Turn Off Outdoor Lights: Bugs are attracted to light, so turning off outdoor lights when not in use can help minimize their presence.
* Clean Up Food and Drinks: Avoid leaving food and drinks out, as they can attract bugs. Make sure to clean up promptly after meals.
* Dispose of Trash Properly: Keep trash in sealed bags and dispose of it regularly to prevent attracting bugs.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

You will have full access to the property during your entire stay.

IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.

● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted.
● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa.
● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area.
● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents.
● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool.
● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or cover.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool.
● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area.
● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface.
● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited.
● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
● Please note that the pool does not have a cover and may accumulate debris from being blown around. It may require cleaning upon your arrival.
● Additionally, there is no safety net or cover for children. Please ensure proper supervision at all times for the safety of young guests.
● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.
