Quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy on the estate. The Becket Woods community offers hiking trails and a swimming pond with a beach, playground, and basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts.

This listing is part of a larger estate and this listing is exclusively for the Guest House. There is an additional Main House on the property that is also available for short term rentals, and may or may not be occupied during your stay. There is a heated pool on the property, which is exclusive to the Main house rental. Guests of the guest house listing will NOT have access to the pool.

The guest house and main house have their own private entrances, and living spaces are NOT shared (see aerial photo of estate for reference). The parking is shared, and there is a 2 car limit for each property.

The association swimming pond, beach area, tennis courts, hiking trails, playground, and basketball court are all for quest use. They are a quick 5-10 minute walk from the home. Walk to the end of the driveway, cross the road and follow the signs for swimming. The courts are right past the swimming pond.

Guest "Tree House"- nestled in the trees, this retreat is an ideal spot for a couple’s getaway or family fun.

The entryway has plenty of room to store boots, skis, and other outdoor gear. Head upstairs to the main level, where an open kitchen and living room await. Sunlight fills the room through large windows.

With vaulted ceilings and wood accents, the living area invites relaxation. The kitchen, though compact, is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, featuring all-new stainless steel appliances and thoughtful touches that make cooking easy. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, offering a cozy spot to enjoy meals together with treetop views.

A cozy reading nook separates the living area from the two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed and bedroom two has two twin beds.

The full bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, adding convenience to this charming forest escape.

PARKING: The parking area is shared with the main house, and there is a maximum limit of 2 cars. We suggest AWD or 4WD to get up the driveway in the winter months**

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
