Amazing apartment. Amazing location.
Ninni is a great host with an amazing apartment. It is beautifully procured and very comfortable and luxurious. 4 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, multiple small balconies, a big open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. The washing machine is a great amenity too.
There is a private, dedicated parking spot a block away in a very safe garage. Ninni escorted us there himself. This was also a very nice offering.
The location is central, a short walk to everything. The building lets out onto a square with restaurants, bars and cafes; locals having drinks under the trees. While the downstairs is lively enough to hang out for an evening, there is no street noise from the apartment. The nights were quiet in the apartment. We had great rest while staying here.
Ninni is a gracious host who has thought of everything. He is always a text away and he has a deep knowledge of his city. In his house book, he provides numerous recommendations for all kinds of dining experiences and things to see in the city.
I cannot recommend this stay highly enough. It is a perfect place to call home in Cagliari, for families, or groups of young friends like us.
