The prestigious "Fall in love only" residence of about 160 square meters on the ground floor of villa Mimosa, overlooks a large garden for exclusive use very close to the lake and with an open view of the panoramas on the horizon. It was created for all couples of lovers of any age. 

Love has no seasons: exclusivity, privacy and the many comforts available will transform your holiday or anniversary into a memorable experience in any month of the year.

Once on site, one of our concierge will accompany you to the "Fall in love only" residence; you will receive a cordial welcome and after the formalities, all the information on the surroundings, the tourist itineraries, the many opportunities of our enchanting territory.

Parking spaces available for each car, camper, caravan, boat trailer, trailer or bicycle with recharge.

The residence is accessed quickly, discreetly and independently.

In the garden you will discover a large patio with wooden dining table and armchairs, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace with the best view of the garden, the lake and the horizon.  A gym corner will be at your disposition.

Internally, you can relax in an elegant and spacious living room with a panoramic view, which also includes the dining area, the office and the library with 42 "cable TV and of course Internet.

The kitchen is well equipped and independent.

The master suite area consists of a private sauna, large bathroom with hydromassage and separate shower; presidential lake view room with extra comfort king size bed, pillows of different densities for every need, double wardrobe, central heating, 42 ”cable TV.

We inform our customers that:

- the use of the internal chimney is not allowed for safety reasons.
- The external fireplace can be used (wood supply excluded) (grill excluded, due to health standards)
- We point out to our customers that the hot tub is located in the bathroom.
