Stort fint lyxigt hus med härlig pool

Stort fint lyxigt hus med härlig stor pool och många solsängar. Gott om utrymme och bra utrustat med allt man behöver. Vi hyrde bilar men Lidl ligger inte långt bort, men skönt att ha bil om man ska handla tunga matkassar. Ligger en stor ”kinaaffär” andra sidan gatan där allt möjligt finns. Restauranger ligger gångavstånd och stranden som ligger närmast är fin. Väldigt smidigt att huset ligger så nära flygplatsen. Återkommer gärna.

Lovely house

This is a great property. Spacious, clean & well equipped.Goood size swimming pool (not in use at the time of year we stayed), a lovely sun terrace on the first floor, private on site parking & various segregated outdoor areas for eating, sun bathing, bbq'ing or generally chilling.The house is impressive & difficult to fault.There are 2 separate areas of bars & restaurants (about 12 in each) within a 10 minute walk in different directions & several supermarkets are also close by.Transport of some kind is needed to get to the beaches, but there is a regular & very cheap bus service to them (& to Alicante & into Santa Pola).On arrival the house was spotlessly clean, the check in & check out were smooth & overall hosting & communication were excellent.

Tolles Haus, schöner Garten, super Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Es hat viel Platz, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus, einen grossen Pool und einen Aussenkamin zum Grillieren.

Relax with large pool

Great villa and very well equipped, close to a few bars and restaurants with enough variety in walking distance for a week. Aldi just across the road to stock up on provisions. The outdoor bar was great, we were not overlooked, the only think lacking was more comfortable outdoor seating to relax. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful family holiday villa

I went here with my husband, 2 children, son in law & 2 young grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful. Everything you need is in the Villa. It’s spotless clean. The location was great, local bars & lots of public transport for days out. Aldi across the road is great. We would really love to visit again. Thank you :)

Gran Alacant stay

The villa was even better than expected,loads of room,inside and out,supermarket close by and restaurants and shops a short walk away,we all (there was 10 of us) really enjoyed our stay,the one small -but significant fly in the ointment was that we were unable to use the pool for the last 2 days due to the fact that it became green with some kind of algea .The pool people came as we were leaving so i am sure it was cleared but alas two late for us!

Amazing Villa.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. What an amazing time we have had mainly due to the quality of the villa. Geoffrey has been amazing from the start and was on the end of an email when needed. Lina and Sergio were helpful with both check in and out. The villa is spacious, private and well equipped . The pool was a massive hit with the whole family. It was so good we are already looking to book for next year.

Great house!

This is a really great house! Fantastic personel, who even with language barriers, makes sure that we understood and were ready to stay in the house. At any doubt about anything it was possible to mail the owner, and with quick answers everything got cleared fast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Not as described

We were a bit disappointed that the villa didn't have a sea view or hot tub as stated. It was a fair distance to the sea. Overall though it was a nice stay. I didn't realise on booking that we had to pay for our electricity and future cleaning which I assumed was all inclusive of price but then again I haven't stayed in a villa for some time and this may be normal now.

Great location and outside villa space

There were a few things that let the rental down. The beds are only doubles maybe upgrade to king size. Bedding all needs replacing, our fitted sheet came off every night because it was too small. The pillows are past their best, we had to go to the local Aldi and purchase some new one as they were not comfortable at all, the towels were also very old, it would have been useful to have some beach towels, for the pool area. A shopping trolley to carrying heavy water bottles back from the supermarket would be a great idea. In other rentals we have had an index of places to go, bus timetables, where to get the bus, For these reasons we would not choose to stay here again. The villa, the room sizes and outdoor space you could not fault and location was great

Great stay

dejligt hus, alternativ indendørs belysning. Husk alle fornødenheder, da stort set intet i huset: Toiletpapir, kaffe, filtre til maskinen, skraldeposer, tabs til vaskemaskine. Gode værelser, bade og toilet faciliteter. Dejlig lille pool og god solplads. Stole manglede på altan, synd, da fantastisk udsigt. Udlejer ikke til stede ved ankomst, måtte rykkes kraftigt for at udsende repræsentant....som ikke talte spansk eller engelsk, men klarede sig ok via google translate. Gav fin service og meget hjælpsom. Alt talt god oplevelse.

Prima verblijf gehad, rustige locatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het is huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelf hebben we alleen de beneden verdieping gebruikt en het balkon boven omdat daar nog zon was in aan het einde van de dag. Jammer dat het water van het prachtige zwembad niet verwarmd was (was echt heel koud). Zou het huis perfect maken! Ter indicatie we hebben voor de week nog € 60 moeten betalen voor stroom gebruik ( hebben niet de wasmachine en vaatwasmachine gebruikt, alleen een paar avonden de airco even aan gehad om te verwarmen). Balkon van de buren kijkt uit op het zwembad en terras, wat iets minder privacy geeft. Op loopafstand van restaurants (heerlijk gegeten bij de Mexicaan en Indisch restaurant), Aldi tegenover het huis en groter winkelcentrum 10 minuutjes lopen.

Christmas getaway

Stayed over Christmas to escape the bitter Scottish weather. Just the two us so the villa was huge for us. We were not met at the villa but not a problem as communication was efficient and easy. Villa itself is spotless, with a beautiful outside space. The pool area is lovely and very quiet. We did not use the pool due to the time of year, but I imagine it will fab in the summer. Owners provided a few essentials on request as we arrived late - this was so helpful. Supermarkets very local and there was a very friendly square close by with places to eat and bars. This area is NOT typical Spain, with mostly English. And the urbanisation is massive - and its easy to get lost (we did often!) But having said that, everyone we met were lovely. We hired a scooter for two days to get out and about, and the bus service was frequent and on time. The only thing I would say to improve our experience would be to have an information pack in the villa, and we found it very cold in the villa at night, even with the air con on heat. We lit the fire one night but found logs etc to be really expensive. Obviously this wont be an issue once the weather warms up! All in all a lovely stay. ps a trip to Santa Pola via the coastal road is lovely xx

Very large extremely well maintained villa. Equipped with everything you could need . The only downside if travelling with small children is the open pool and steps.

Vakantie met gezin van drie generaties

Verblijf voor iedereen geslaagd. Zowel voor 2 kinderen (6 en 8), 2 tieners (14 en 16), 4 volwassenen (40'ers) en 2 ouderen (70'ers). Voldoende supermarkten en andere winkels in de naaste omgeving. Horeca op wandelafstand. Het strand dicht bij is 5 minuten met de auto. Verder overal boulevards met strand en toeristische winkel- en uitgaansgelegenheden. Wanneer je wat meer wil zien is een auto noodzakelijk. Het huis is prima verzorgd. Zwembad is heerlijk. Alleen zou het onderhoud/reparatie aan de vliegenhorren beter moeten. Het grootste minpunt is, vooral bij min of meer windstil weer, de overvloed aan redelijk agressieve kleine muggen. Voor buiten muggenspray of iets dergelijks gebruiken, maar binnen zouden ze zo min mogelijk moeten kunnen komen.

September 23 trip

The villa is very well equipped and was ideal for our family get away. We all had a great time and explored the surrounding area. The beach was beautiful golden sands. Bus service to Santa pola was quick and easy, we also used local taxis. Lots of shops for food and restaurants near by. The Chinese near roundabout was so tasty and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bike hire shop close, or you can hire a scooter. The villa is very private and lots of areas to relax alone or with others. Transfer from airport is quick and only takes ten minutes. Some taxis unfamiliar with address so used what three words app which was great.lots of fun has by all. It was also great that the adults bedrooms were upstairs and separate entrance which gave the young adults more freedom. Thanks again to our hosts.

Great stay at this lovely Villa. Good location but need to walk to commercial centre for public transport although that would not put me/my family returning. I will definitely stay here in the future if I return to Gran Alacant.

Villa stay august

Great stay in the villa. The pictures don’t do it justice it is massive and loss of room. The pool is brilliant plenty big enough. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a info pack (unless I missed it) with local bus times, taxi numbers, pubs, restaurants etc. we had to use Google maps to find anything. Communication was brilliant with the owner and answered any questions that I asked. Thanks
